Getting a bid on a new roof is a scary prospect. It seems most are too busy to even come to look. Robert Linch with Hi-Point Roofing replied right away and showed up when he said he would. He gave us a reasonable bid and kept the information so when we were ready, he was there for us. Two other roofers did show up. One never bothered to get back to us with a bid, the other was twice what Robert’s bid was. We were very pleased with the service provided by Robert and his crew from HiPoint Roofing. They were here by 7:30 am every day, even working on Saturday. They all worked with barely a break, cleaned up each day, and were very respectful of our surrounding landscape. We had a new roof installed this summer. With the first big rain we had a leak. We called them they said they would be out to fix it asap. That has been 3 weeks. They will not return our calls or text us back. Has anyone heard form them in the last 3 weeks? Would like to know if they are still in business. Fast professional response. 1st time leak after major storm. Came right away and fixed it on the spot. Very knowledgeable and experience. Excellent covid precautions followed.
