Chris did amazing work on our church roof! Our gutters and drains were horribly clogged causing all sorts of issues. I called him and he came out that same day to take a look and was back within the week to clean them out. He was very efficient and thorough and cleaned up everything on the roof very nicely. We asked Chris Powell from A+ Exterior Cleaning to come clean and treat the moss on our roof, clean the gutters and soft wash the front of our house.He answered right away and made an appointment to do an estimate. The quote was very reasonable and he kept us informed frequently to let us know if he was going to be delayed.We are very pleased and satisfied with the great job he did. This year Chris of A+ came back for our annual gutter cleaning. Great job and he cleared out two clogged gutters. He has the right equipment and is a hard worker. Very friendly. We will continue to have Chris come clean our gutters!My review from 1 year ago:Just had our roof and gutters cleaned in Beaverton. Chris did a great job! Very happy to have found someone good and we look forward to having him clean our gutters annually and our roof every two to three years. Very personable and we liked getting pictures of what’s up there.

Chris came out to clean our driveway, retaining wall, stairs and front door area. I never heard of soft washing. Even though he explained it, I was expecting it to be clean but similar to when we power wash our driveway. It was much cleaner than we imagined it would be. A regular power wash will clean the surface but will not brighten it. Everything was clean and brighter. The sidewalk in front of our house is whiter than the rest of the cul-de-sac, anyone would be able to see that difference immediately. As a plus, Chris is a super nice guy and patient. They are reasonably priced too. I would totally recommend him to anyone.Can’t wait to see what our house will like after he cleans the siding and roof.

I will use A+ Exterior Cleaning again. The overall work and the cleanliness was Great. I needed to call at the end of the day to ask for a bit more street clean up as it was a bit muddy. They sent another worker over within 30 minutes and the finished product was wonderful

A friend posted about Chris helping out with her gutters so I decided to message him and within two days we had clean gutters and roof! The moss on the roof was something we have been wanting to take care of for years but since our house is 25 years we were just going to replace the roof like everyone else in the neighborhood. This amazing roof cleaning bought us at least another 5-10 years 🤞🏼 I definitely recommend you get him to look at your roof, there is no way we could have seen what was going on up there if it weren’t for all his pics.

I highly recommend. He was so professional he now has a lifetime customer. I can’t imagine any reason to use anyone else. I have used contractors many times and rarely have I found one as thorough as A+ Exterior.During the estimate phase, he showed up exactly when he said he would and talked me through the process as well as provided pictures of the areas that needed service. On the day he performed the work, he texted me upon arrival and texted me when he left. He then sent pictures of the completed work.Part of the service included brightening my gutters. They look so good that my neighbors thought they had been freshly painted.I especially like the warranty. If I see any new moss within 18 months of service he will come back out and treat the area for free.

First-rate! In spite of rain wind and cold, our gutters were cleaned out; the mountains of fallen leaves clogging our gutters were scooped out, then gutters & downspouts were washed and rinsed, ready for Oregon’s winter downpours. There was no sign of this messy work when the job was done. Our yard and walkways were also looking better as a result of the thoroughness employed. Very nice to work with. Great value. Highly recommend!

Chris did an excellent job of cleaning the rain gutters on our two-story home and my parents' home. In addition, he treated for moss on the composite tiles on the folks' house and on their metal shop roof. The gentle chemical treatments worked very well and I was amazed at the before and after views on the shop. In general, Chris does a great job on communication and scheduling for our convenience.
