We had a list of things for Universal to do, and it was lovely to get them knocked out efficiently and competently. Everything from replacing a fence post to covering an exposed vent hole. My favorite was the way the team installed a catdoor in our hallway and built a covered space in the garage for the catboxes. Nor more stinky cat boxes in the house! This was, without a doubt the best start to finish... ON TIME! job anyone has done for us in decades. The were professional and very nice to work with. They installed heated tile in our guest bathroom, as well as putting the same tile into our laundry room, including moving appliances, and a clean, and precise, Demo.Bryce & Nick did a super job, and were extremely fun to work with. I would, without a doubt, recommend them for your next project. Universal Home Services recently built a front porch for our home. Nathan helped me decide how and what I would like built by giving multiple suggestions, showing pictures etc. The first meeting made the decision so easy for me. Hired UHC to give estimates for drwally and tile repairs. Their drywall bid was not competitive. The addressed loose tiles in the master shower, said the work was improperly done. Gave us ammunition to take the issue up with our builder, who informed the original tile provider, who in turn has agreed to re-do the entire shower at no cost to us. Impressed by UHC's competency and honesty. Thank you Nathan and Bryce.

We called Universal Home Services because we purchased a new slide in stove and the area where the current stove went was not large enough. Our technician was awesome and efficient. I was in the process of getting gutters put on my roof followed by exterior painting. The gutter folks found water damage and stopped as a result. Painting has to be delayed as well. I called UHC and they came out very quickly to assess the damage and propose a repair. They completed it quickly and thoroughly and now I can proceed with gutters and installation.
