Our first contact with CCC came from leaving a note on Angie's list. Contractor Rio called within 30 minutes!We met in person soon after, toured our building lot and discussed timing and process. Rio recommended his designer, Jon Holbrook. We worked with Jon and received a very nice house plan. Construction began in the fall, with an incredible framing crew that took us from sub floor to roof sheathing in 7 work days. Communication with Rio was good. He responds quickly to texts and calls. His right hand man and general do it all guy, James, was a delight to work with. Construction continued with good progress made each week. Rio/James built us a 2100 Sq.' (plus 800' 3 car garage) on an undeveloped treed ocean front lot in South Beach, Ore. (Newport) 7-2020/4-2021 during COVID........on time and in budget! Exceptional quality of workmanship, subcontractors (esp. Bales Bros. lot clearing, foundation, septic, tile by Mitch Rose, Beaudry Cabinets Ken Mayo, Keystone Granite) and attention to detail. Communication w/pictures as we were in Tucson for most of the construction. Best contractor we have ever dealt with (built new homes in Auburn, Wa., Spokane, Dallas & Tucson). We had the design, Rio fit it onto the lot, handling lot clearing, septic, geo report, permitting, picking & organizing subcontractors......using local subs! Construction quality was foremost as was his ecological desire to save trees and vegetation to reduce erosion. We are very pleased!

I can't express enough how happy we are with our new solar electric system! Not only were we able take advantage of the federal tax credit and cash incentives but It was an easy process from start to finish.
