Did not have a good experience with them. Referred by my neighbor to install new gutters. Gutter were put up, but not level on 3 areas of the front of the house. Came out next day to fix and it looked better but not perfect. Found my 20+ year old Japanese leaf maple damaged a couple of days ladder. Big chunk damaged by latter. Broken parts of the shrub were put in the hole of the damage as to cover it up. Called JT WCG to come look at it. Lonny and the owner came out to look at it but didn't assume liability. Said it could of been the painter who was there after the gutters were put up that damaged the shrub. The owner said that they would have a professional he knows come out to look at it the following Monday. No one ever came out. Haven't heard from them since. Not what I expected. Would not recommend JT West Coast Gutter & Roofing.UPDATE: Jason and Yurl Came out and repaired the tree by thinning it out and made it look better.

Clayton and his team did an amazing job installing our new gutters. This was a pretty big job with two buildings and lots of downspouts leading to our rainwater collection system. Some of our facia board had rotted and had to be replaced as well. They arrived on time, worked hard, communicated well, wrapped up every detail, and made sure my decks were cleaned of debris. Our new gutters look fantastic. Many thanks to JT West Coast Gutter, to Clayton, and to his crew.

Wow, JT West Coast Gutter & Roofing provided excellent communication and service on our recent roof and gutter replacement. Lonny did a great job coordinating the needs of the crew and making sure the job was done right. Because of the condition of our old roof, we ran into extra cost, but Lonny was on top of communicating with us and giving us accurate cost. We had no surprises! The crew did an awesome job, working in the rain, staying till dark and dealing with the extra work required on our old roof. Our 1915 Craftsman Foursquare has a new lid and it looks great!

With a large Maple tree on my house, my first phone call was to JT West Coast because in previous contact, I merely asked for a bid on gutters for my pole barn and had them ON THE BARN 45 minutes after their arrival for the bid. This new situation turned out to be a total (metal) roof replacement, and communication, coordination and completion was flawless. Great crew.

From the quotation to installation, removal of the old gutters and followup was professional, on time and at an excellent price. I contacted JT West Coast Gutter in September, which apparently is a high-demand time for gutter contractors. Out of many phone calls to various companies, JT West Coast was the first (and only!!) business to call me back! They came right out to provide an estimate, which I found to be very fair. Our gutters were installed last week, and we couldn't be happier. We got a call the next day to make sure we were satisfied with the work. It has been raining like crazy the last few days, and the gutters are definitely doing their job.

We love referring companies that we work with (Electricians, Painters, etc.) on our home and have been very fortunate to have great success in working with different contractors over the years. I cannot say the same about JT West Coast Gutters, and would advise anyone looking to have their gutters replaced look elsewhere.It took three separate visits to get the gutters right, as we discovered issues over the course of 10 months. First of all, they left the jobsite and absolute mess upon completion. Nails, hangers and debris were left all over the property and it was apparently on us to clean that mess up (photo below). Besides it looking awful, we have two young children and a dog who could have come across the shrapnel left all over our yard. Additionally, the lower gutters were not properly hung, as I went to clean out gutters in the early spring and the hangers used to hold the gutter were not properly installed, as the gutter was barely hanging onto our house. We were also charged for a number of cleanouts, that were simply never installed – even though they were part of the bid we paid for.Upon identifying the issues in the spring, a crew came back to fix the issues that I had personally noticed in our lower gutters. At some point while working in my office, I could hear two of the men yelling and swearing at each other, then one of the men threw a drill from the ladder at one of the other crew members. I was horrified and called Lonny to notify him of the behavior, along with the Nest Camera footage of the incident.Finally in the fall when cleaning out leaves, the back lower gutter which I found out was improperly hung, almost fell to the ground as I lightly pull some leaves out. And our gutter cleaner that we have used for many years, noticed the upper gutters had improperly spaced hangers – meaning it was only a matter of time before issues arose. As I contacted Lonny for the third time on this issue (and he had assured me in the spring the gutters were fine), he sent a crew out to finally correct the work. The crew who arrived fully replaced the back lower gutter stretch and said it was improperly installed, and they were surprised one section did come detached simply from a heavy day of rain – which is not exactly what you want to hear when paying for brand new gutters.The entire interaction was as bad as I have had with any type of contractor we have used. I can chalk up people having a bad day as we all do, but after three negative experiences and questions in the long term of how the gutters will hold up, I cannot express in enough words how much I would encourage someone looking to have their gutters replaced to go elsewhere.

Happy with the instal very professional crew. Messed up order date on the paperwork but they came out the next day. They were not the cheapest f\but the fastest as I lost a downspout and its the rainy season. Very happy would use them again. They would get my recommendation. By the way Lonnie has a card with his cell and he is very responsive.Update in two weeks: they came back without a reminder to finish the gutter seal as it had to be postponed during the heavy rains. I would HIGHLY recommend their service!

I called JT's because of an issue with water overflowing my gutter. When Jason came out, his attitude was "no problem, I can fix that". He made a special sheet metal flashing to divert water away from the valley and the problem went away! He also saw a loose downspout and fixed that at no charge. I had a good experience with them, and they installed our gutters and gutter covers OK. I think they did a decent job.I did have some trouble getting in touch with them for some follow up work, but they did eventually get back to me. Apparently they have been pretty busy lately with the wet season coming in with a vengeance.

Lonny ,did a grate job with the bid and the install of my new gutters , i am very happy .thank you Lonny and JT's westcoast Gutter. nice,on time,very fast. now next rain season Les L. now my gutter is leaking , sent a text to lonny to have it fixed hes said he could fix but never did , no text back no call . as i said he should fix at no cost sad , no call back gutter still leaking guess i will have to have a pro . to fix it ...lonny knows he messed it up , come fix it . you installed it , it should not be like this ...

At the time of our estimate, the estimator walked into our gated backyard unannounced. Dog noticed and barked like crazy. Woke our napping infant. When I asked him why he felt it was appropriate to walk into our backyard without invitation, he was unapologetic and left. Discussed situation with owner who offered to come and do the estimate himself, but he found the situation to be much more comical than unprofessional.
