My Grandmother hired Cardenas Ochoa Construction to do a few projects around her home. They painted her home and replaced her roof and were planning on installing a new parameter fence. She paid 6 thousand dollars for material and after months of delays (we understand material delays and were just excited to have the fence complete) Cardenas Ochoa decided they did not have enough men to complete the project and that hiring another company to do it would be best. He communicated via text message that he would fully refund the materials and would make the check out to my Grandmother and that the window that was broken during the roof install would also be fixed. She has since had another company repair the window because she has been ignored and ghosted and would just like to get back her deposit for the fence back. For over a year he has not answered any calls and or text messages from her. I reached out today on behalf of my Grandmother and he was very polite and said he would look into it and process a refund if needed. I have sent him all of the screen shots of text messages and money that was paid. I would just like to see how this situation will be handled and made right. Elderly people should not be taken advantage of and we are surprised we’re dealing with this because of all the great reviews

Carlos is a young man, at first my husband and I were a little skeptical.based on price and promises he gave us we took a chance with him and we wanted to help him develop a few more projects under his belt considering his company is brand new.We hired him to repaint our cabinets, Install new granite counter tops, install a new sink, and replace flooring. it took him and his crew less than 2 weeks to complete and it looks FLAWLESS.My husband and I made a GREAT decision hiring Carlos. he was Great with communication he would text me the goal of each day every morning and I was happy to feel like I was apart of the project.From by husband: Carlos we are thrilled with our new kitchen. We will be doing more home cooking and less eating out thanks to you! My Favorite qualities Carlos Provided would have to be how easy going he is, He was Great with communication, Very wise for his age, and a Very hard worker.
