I initially posted a 1 star review of Central Oregon Roofing, due to issues and frustrations with overall organization and lack of communication while we were trying to get a repair done. While those frustrations were legitimate at the time, the team at Central Oregon Roofing has definitely earned this updated review. My frustrations and concerns were listened and attended to with understanding and accommodation. A repair and the necessary follow-up communication was handled efficiently and with excellent customer service.With the experience that I have had with Central Oregon Roofing, especially with how they work with an unhappy client, I would absolutely recommend them and would hire them again in the future. Central Oregon Roofing has proven itself to be a company of integrity and with much-deserved pride in their work and expertise.Special thanks to the office manager for going above & beyond to make this situation right.

Our house badly needed to have the roof replaced, and last week Central Oregon Roofing did the job with amazing skill and professionalism. They took care of the permits, showed up when they said they would and finished before their estimated completion date. The crew of workers could not have been more pleasant. I had roof leaks after our winter storm of 16-17 ; so I decided to call several roofing companies. Central Oregon Roofing happened to be one of these companies. I will say out of the 3 called they were the ones with the most professional quote and visit. Although, they were not the cheapest or most expensive quote from onset they were prepared. We put our deposit down and waited due to large back log. By December 2017 we had our new roof . The crew was awesome! We have cameras installed outside and they never cussed or said anything inappropriate. They cleaned up after themselves every day and made sure I was okay with what and where things were left. I would definitely use these guys again .

Excellent workmanship. The crew worked hard all day, every day, and took great care of the house, garden areas, and lawn. Each night they cleaned up the entire yard and made the roof replacement process a pleasant undertaking. Great crew. Highly recommend.

All materials arrived exactly as specified in our agreement. Crew started work one day late due to a weather delay but worked every day until the job was done. The crew foreman was personable, polite, and patient and a great representative for his company. He explained the roofing process, provided updates, responded to my concerns and had no problems with my presence on the roof inspecting the work. I am not a roofer but as near as I can tell the roof was installed correctly, usually carefully, and I expect no leaks or warranty issues. I am rating my experience as a four star because the crew had no backup equipment in the event a nailer or compressor went down. Additionally, one of the tools needed, a circular saw, was extremely old creating completely avoidable problems that needlessly delayed completion of the project.

I would highly recommend this company. Extremely professional, diligent in their work and dang has it been fast (not rushed). I had a slight issue, hazard of the job, and they were quick to respond and fix the issue. The crew chief has been great in keeping me informed, answering my numerous questions and going out of his way to make the job site as clean as possible. I honestly can't say enough good things about them. If there is a wait to get on the schedule, it is well worth the wait.

I am a general contractor who hired Central Oregon Roofing. They sent my pricing to my client directly before they started. My company had a contract with them. They did the job and then after the job sent my client a bill for the job with my contractor pricing. This puts me in a hard spot and ended up giving the job to my client at cost and not making a profit. I called and asked Central Oregon Roofing for a discount and they just sent me the same invoice with no contractor discount and did not return my call as they said they would. I am sending the payment out this week in full but will not be able to use them again because without contractor discounts we cannot make a margin. General contractors make money on mark up. without mark up we are out of business.

Garbage! They Don’t show up when they say they will! Our roof now leaks before our roof was replaced we never had a leak! Still can’t get them back out to fix our roof! I think most of there reviews most be from in house. Probably the worst roofing company in the state.
