Their leak detection and mitigation tech Eric did an amazing job at both finding moisture problems with my home, in addition to closely monitoring my home's drying process. He is very thorough and pays close attention to every little detail. It is obvious he takes his job very seriously, and I was very happy.

1st day of a big repair of water damage to my house and Eric and Zach did an awesome job on the demolition. They were polite and curteous, cleaned up after they were done for the day and explained everything to me step by step. If the rest of this job goes this way, I will highly recommend Pioneer Restoration for home repairs.Update... 2 years later we pulled up the carpet to replace floors. They left swollen plywood and pieced in a piece of particle board that is too small for the hole so there are gaps going clear thru the subfloor, can see the dirt under the house. Floor is uneven due to swollen plywood. Definitely not what I expected to find 2 years later!!

Well, the week of "Friday the 13th" was just that. A disaster. Our daughter was in the hospital in critical condition that week. Our septic system failed and our hot water heater rusted out and leaked all over our finished basement and kitchen. Feeling drained and overwhelmed, I made the call to Pioneer Renovation. I was instantly set at ease talking with Danielle and she let me know that even though it was a Friday evening that they were there to help. She checked the on call schedule and informed me that one of their best, Eric was on call and would be out soon. When Eric showed up, he instantly made me feel so calm that he had this covered. Right away he assessed the situation and got to work. He was not only thorough in explaining to us what he was doing but WHY he was doing it, and WHAT his plan was for our home. The entire time he was here, he was courteous, happy, respectful and kind. Honestly, he felt like family...like someone we just knew would do things right. The second day another representative came to help Eric, his name was Zach and he was super kind and helpful and motivated. I haven't worked with a company who went so far beyond and above in a long time. Eric and Zach went over and above what we expected in every way. Our family, during such a hard week were made to feel so at ease and comfortable. Thank you Erica and Zach for giving our home the care that it needed and our family the feeling that we mattered and the feeling that we were in the best hands! Mega Kudos!!!!!!

Eric was wonderful to work with on our project. He came at 9 p.m. when the roof was leaking from a poor tarping job and stayed until 1 a.m. until all sources of the problem were resolved. He later came back to clean the carpet and did a superb job!! A real gem for Pioneer and he gets six stars. Pioneer would get five stars except for the collateral damage done to our hardwood floors.

Their construction team did a thoroughly outstanding job on rebuilding the floor on the end of our house after a washing machine overflowed and ruined the subfloor. We came home from a 3 day vacation to find a garden hose was left on and blew up. It was flooding water into one of the foundation vents and we had standing water around 4-5 inches deep under our entire house in the crawl space. Within an hour of calling Pioneer,(in the evening on Memorial Day!) Eric showed up to evaluate the situation and got started pumping the water out. He had all of it pumped out in just a couple of hours. On top of being a quality, efficient worker, he was very positive and reassuring when I thought I had royally f****d my house. I’ve dealt with a company that rhymes with “moto scooter” for another issue in the past, and that experience was a total bag of Richards compared to this! Thank you very much to Eric and the rest of the team at Pioneer Restoration for the excellent experience. I would highly recommend their work to anyone having issues!

Pioneer Restoration Was simply wonderful for me. I arrived home after a vacation to find my kitchen flooded. Pioneer Restoration was there within two hours. They began immediately to mitigate the damage by drying out the carpeting. The floor need to be replaced and Salvador worked with me to come up with a quality replacement. The various workmen were considerate and competent. After their work they hauled away any trash and cleaned up. If I ever have another incident like this I am going to call Pioneer Restoration for sure.

I have just finished using Pioneer for the 4th time! Had home destroyed in fire in 2014 and Pioneer came to the rescue. They made it so easy to just let them handle everything from the demo to packing and itemizing every little thing in every box, they then had the construction department, led by Salvador, do an amazing job in reconstruction. I had the same people every time and my latest was a water hose leak that caused a lot of damage to every room. Again Rebecca was there at 6:30 in the morning and stayed all day to get the items removed and the demo done. Amy joined her and all in all the entire team is just so friendly and professional to work with. Totally put me at ease during a very stressful time. Jake was here multiple times to make sure all the little things were finished to my satisfaction. I LOVE THIS COMPANY AND ITS PEOPLE.!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ALL YOUR DISASTERS!!

This company is just ok. My fridge started leaking so I went with this company and the Salvador told me not to worry they would handle it. I told him that some of the things I was worried about like not communicating to me what was going on.He assured me he would take care of it. First thing I realized after this whole deal was the contractors that come to your house are sales man and will say anything to get business. Some bad things they did was take two more months then they needed to get the job done. Lost my kitchen hardware, they me back for some of it but I had to buy the rest. Didn't communicate at all, not only with me, but with each other. Always told me they would show up and didn't that happened four days in a row once. Kept on telling me that he worked on million dollar houses as if he had better things to do. Only thing that got them to work on my house again was when I told them I wanted to talk to the owner. And I waited to write this review, because I wanted to wait until I got a part for my kitchen that Jake promised he would give me, but I never got. Some good things about this company they actually finished, which was touch and go. I really liked the there sub contractors. And Salvador was respectful when I talked to him. All in all I don't think I would go back to this company, but there are worst restoration companies out there in Bend.

Pioneer Restoration is great! I had a fridge supply line leak. Rebecca came out within hours of my call, took moisture readings, crawled under the house, and walked me through the mitigation process. Erik and Christian came out every day to check the readings and move the DUs and fans around. They all made a real bummer situation as good as it can be. thanks

If this restoration company was lord of the rings themed, Eric would definitely be Aragorn. But a funnier and more personable Texas version. Had a great experience of him fighting the evil legions in our house and banishing darkness and moisture back into our dungeon. Metaphorical rings were all destroyed, and when I had a question late at night I am pretty sure I talked to Gandalf briefly on the phone. Occasionally, Aragorn would bring his sidekicks as well (Frodo, Mary, you know who you are) and they were very polite and respectful as well, they even cleaned our carpet at the end!
