Beyond rude, lazy & unprofessional. I'm amazed that they're still in business. They took 2 months to turn in an estimate. They wouldn't return my phone calls. Once the insurance check came in they texted me early in the morning. My water damage took place Jan 2nd. It's now April 3rd. My house hasn't been packed out. Demolition hasn't taken place. My bathtub is missing.

Very impressed with this company! Got me scheduled in right away, and immediately started getting my water damage from the snow taken care of!! Dave called me from the get go and sent Eric, Austin and Eric to get started on our walls/floor. Each worker was very polite, hard working and very efficient!! They always showed up when they said they would also!! I’m hoping I can hire those same three guys to continue with fixing what needs to be rebuilt now. I seriously am so happy with Eric and Austin of Rainbow International C. O.They just left my house after drying up all the water, cleaned up after themselves, very impressed with their work and work ethic!! I will recommend them to anyone who needs this sorta work done. I was very nervous in the beginning but they assured me everything would work out, and it definitely has thus far.L. Steele.**UpdateMike came out to my home today, he was very professional and calmed my stress through this process. He was very thorough! I can’t thank this company enough for helping me get through this process.

I’m not the type of person that writes reviews. However, I feel like in this case it’s necessary due to lack of ethical behavior made by this company. 6 months ago, our water heater malfunctioned due to a bad thermostat and created water damage. Rainbow came out to do the restoration work, and it required them to remove our (then fixed) water heater. When they removed the fixed water heater, they dropped it. It was a very loud drop, and created a dent in our wall. The thing is, I appreciated Rainbow doing the right thing and owning up to their mistake. They stated they will pay for our water heater servicer to come back out and fix their mistake. The water heater servicer came out and had to replace the pan, a external pipe and reinstall the water heater due to their drop. At the time, we did not know there was an internal crack caused by the drop.Recently, the water heater malfunctioned again, and upon the Professional’s conclusion, there must have been an internal crack caused by the drop. I’ve contacted Rainbow multiple times, asking for assistance with our new water heater invoice considering the fact the crack was caused by their employees. I was ignored for two weeks, then briefly dismissed by one of the employees who said the owner refuses to pay for it because it occurred 6 months ago.Firstly, the lack of clear communication was quite frankly rude. Secondly, there would be no indication of an internal crack unless the water heater malfunctioned again. Which just so happened to occur 6 months following the drop.The owner has ignored my messages as I have stated that it’s unethical for the company not to be hold responsibility for their mistake.I had high regards for this company until this moment, like I said, the company did the right thing in the initial beginning. I would have hoped they would have continued to the right thing but I guess I was wrong.Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

This Company is amazing! I am the GM of the Super 8 in Redmond. We had a fire and they were there ready to work first thing in the morning. The employees were great and worked well with our staff! The work was amazing!! Would recommend them!!!!Service: Fire damage cleanup & repair

Eric and Austin have been amazing! They are very professional, clean and accommodating in working with us for our repairs. Would recommend them to everyone!
