Mike and his company River City Roofing did my roof back in 2020. A hailstorm had come through the Bend area and damaged many roofs in Central Oregon. Mike Brackenbrough was the one who came out after a big hail storm we had in Bend, OR. He was able to quickly identify damage to the roof which our insurance ended up covering (We had previously had another company come out to evaluate the roof and they said they didn’t find sufficient damage and insurance wouldn’t cover it AND it would have cost another 20% more that River City Roofing!). Without Mike’s expertise, our roof would probably never have been replaced and would have remained damaged. It was a very quick process from start to finish and with no hiccups with the insurance company. Mike helped us get all of the pertinent information to the adjuster to complete the claim and even showed up when the adjuster was here to answer any questions. .Mike showed us a variety of colors for our roof and ended up with a really nice color that matched our house and looks fantastic. We even ended up getting some roof vents to help move humid air around better and keep our house cooler. Mike Brackenbrough spotted hail damage, and did a complete inspection with plenty of pictures. Actually we weren't aware of the extensive damage. Mike's pictures were quite revealing. He worked with our homeowner's insurance, and thanks to Mike, after a $500 deductible our new roof was totally paid for. It looks beautiful. We couldn't be happier.
