Summit Cleaning and Restoration did an amazing job on our home repair when we had a leak in our roof cause some major damage! They came out to tarp the house immediately and stayed on top of our insurance through the whole process! The project manager Matt did an excellent job anticipating what we would need while our kitchen was under repair. Thanks to Justin the finishing touches were perfect! My kitchen looks better than it ever has before.

I had a very good experience with Summit Cleaning and Restoration. They came highly recommended and did not disappoint me. Wade Vaughn and their Project Managers kept me informed on each step of the clean up and restoration of my kitchen and family room. I was impressed with the men and women who worked on the various stage of this project. They were hard working, professional, respectful and paid close attention to details each step of the way. During the restoration phase the Project Manager, Mike Dolan, walked me through each part of his assignment and allowed me to make choices along the way. He was a positive, energetic force who kept the project moving and encouraged me to believe that the finished project was going to be fantastic. And, it is!! Thanks, Mike!!

If zero stars were an option that is what I would give this company as that is all they deserve! They took a job that should have taken maybe a month at MAX and drug it to 7 months! For 7 months my business was not able to function fully because of their lack of work ethic and more so there lack of knowledge and ability on the fix! Now if a company takes 7 months to fix a job you would think or HOPE that the job would be done so well that you couldn’t even think about complaining because the job was worth it! But that is FAR from the case here!They put the rubber flooring in with large gaps in between the mats because they didn’t know how to do it causing things to get stuck in the cracks and water to leak through them. We had to pay another company to come by and fix that.They put the base coving in so wrong that it fell off the wall and didn’t even finish the room because they didn’t order enough, ran out, and then just left and tried to pretend it was done. We hired another company to come and fix that.They continually left the space a disaster with tools thrown all around knowing that we have small children in here all day everyday. Multiple reminders to keep their mess in the gated off area were ignored mostly by the guy in charge Cody. Who had no idea how to fix anything or to find sub contractors. At one point I had to do his job and find a drywall sub contractor as after weeks of nothing going on I asked him what the issue was and why no one was working, he responded with “can’t find a drywall guy”. A simple search on google and I was in communication with 3 that afternoon with availability to start immediately. So couldn’t find anyone or didn’t even try?! We would soon figure out that Cody had no interest in working or getting the job done! Someone put him in a position that he is clearly not capable of being in nor does he have the skill set for!While they were in my business they moved my washer and dryer and broke it. I had to pay $600 to a laundry service to wash our towels while we waited for a repair person to come fix the machine. Todd at Summit apologized for that and said they would cover the laundry bill. Which they never did. I circled back to it a few months ago thinking it had just slipped through the cracks and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I spoke directly to Todd on the phone, who said he would “look into it and make it right” hung up and I sent him an email with what we had talked about and the invoices directly from the laundry service we were forced to use due to his negligence. No response and no payment made.To this day we are still dealing with issues from the work they did. Staples left in the wall that now need to be repaired. A poorly done job in the bathroom repair that led to mold growing as a direct result from their negligence.My saying now to all my 400+ families who come in and anyone else who asks is “Friends don’t let friends use Summit Restoration!”Only recommend this business to people you truly don’t like!!

I could never recommend this place! Took 7 times as long as it should have to complete a simple bathroom fix after a leak. Caused over $1000 in damages and repairs that we had to pay other companies to fix as Summit clearly had to idea what they were doing the first time! Stay FAR away from this place!

I highly recommend Summit Restoration. We needed a restoration company to come out and give us a bid for repairs to our kitchen due to a leak of a dishwasher. Summit was the only company that either answered their phone or said they would come out free of charge to do an estimate. Others wanted $250. Summit said they don’t charge as they want to earn your business and that they did. Madison and Brett were professional and did a great and complete inspection of the area. Before they left they made sure all my questions were answered.Bree was also very kind on the phone as she did follow-up calls to make sure all was going ok and if I had any questions as well. Great service from this company.

It all started with my parent's house I needed to sell. My dad and I winterized the home in winter for their out-of-town trip. When I turned on the water to ready the house for sale in July of the following year, my realtor discovered a water leak. I asked the realtor for advice and got someone to clear out the damaged flooring, etc. We got someone in there but it didn't look like a lot of care was taken.When I was in contact with my insurance company he gave me a list of preferred vendors that he regularly works with. PS., he had never heard of the original demo team (not a surprise).Summit was on this list and ready to aid me in restoring the home to be even better than it was before.They came and did a walk-through and gave me a quotation which seemed reasonable considering the damage to the primary suite bathroom and bedroom. I decided to upgrade the flooring from the original carpeting and had them put in vinyl plank which looked great.Cody was our project manager and he did a great job of keeping me updated considering I was managing this project from a distance as I still had my own house, job, etc., to consider.I worked with Lonnie, Robbie, and Donovan and they were all very helpful and were careful to minimize disruption as I was still working on some things within the house. I appreciated that they cleaned up after themselves (I mean everyone should) but they took care to do that and I was really pleased with the end result.Cody came and did a final walk-through and gave me the invoice. It was really nice to know that it was done and that I could move forward with my project.I hope to not have a need for restoration but if I do I will go to them again. They have workers throughout Oregon and into Washington so I would definitely recommend them.

Summit has been great. They didn't do the demo after my kitchen flooded (because my insurance chose someone else), but they did all the restoration. All the guys who came to work on my house were friendly and they did a nice job. Cody was in charge of my restoration and he was responsive and flexible, and seemed like he really wanted to make sure everything was done properly.

We were treated like family and would gladly recommend Summit!From the beginning Sheri & Melissa in the office coordinated the fire team of Ben, Tank, Madison & Brett. They were so nice and were very careful with our personal belongings. The restoration team of Dave, Lonnie and James followed the fire team by listening to our needs and put everything back together for us! Our project manager has become one of the family! Jeremy was with us from the beginning and explained everything to us. I loved my experience with Summit. They were very helpful and understanding of my situation. My insurance declined coverage so everything ended up being out of pocket. The project manager worked with me on keeping my cost within my budget. Justin was very professional and responsive with the dry out and tear out process. Loni and David were amazing! I had tons of questions as I wanted to learn about the construction process. They were very kind, patient and willing to share their knowledge with me as a wanna be DIY'r 😊. Marty and his team were quick to the draw and got me a new roof and fixed all my drywall, repainted the interior of my home. It has never looked better. I’ve worked with summit as a whole for over 2 years now and have had interactions with the entire Central Oregon side, as well as some of the “travelers” from the other side of the mountain. As a sub-contractor I work closely with the PM’s and I can honestly say they make my job so much easier, especially Jeremy Borg. His interactions with not only the customer, but everyone from the multiple subs, to the vendors for all the different supplies and products is stellar! He always has a smile and a kind word, it’s a good representation of what summit is all about.I’ve been employed by several of the restoration company’s before starting my own business, so I know what the standard is for mitigation as well as the reconstruction. Summit is the only company I would recommend to my family and friends, and have on a few occasions.

Wow! Summit Restoration really did an outstanding job for us this week when we had a plumbing issue that resulted in a nasty clean-up job in our crawl space. After receiving a referral for Summit from our plumber, Morgan was able to make it out the same afternoon to assess the situation and provide a quote. The team at Summit was amazing! They showed up on time and answered every question with professionalism and respect. They worked hard to find the best replacement for our flooring, did a great job on the install, kept everything clean, and finished on time! We have had the very best experience with Summit Cleaning and Restoration! We didn’t know what to expect at first, since we are a family with 2 young children and a big hyper dog, and we had to continue living here while the restoration took place. But it is currently going way smoother than I expected, and all of the men working on our house have been amazing!Lonnie, Dave, and James have all been super friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and hard working! Casey, who was our first point of contact has been amazing as well and really made us feel at ease with answering all our questions and listening to any concerns we had before the restoration process started, as well as being here through the whole process and checking in to make sure everything is going according to plan. And although everyone has been wonderful, Dave has gone above and beyond and is just an overall kind, hardworking person who you can tell enjoys his job and does his very best to accommodate his clients and wants to make the process as enjoyable and efficient as possible.And before the restoration team came in, Jeremy who handled drying out our water damage, was great as well! Having water damage and a pipe burst is definitely unexpected and not fun at all, however we are so thankful that Summit Cleaning and Restoration was able to come the next day after we called to start drying out the water damage and start setting up the process for restoration.I highly recommend Summit Cleaning and Restoration if circumstances arise and you need this type of service for your home.
