Our organization had a very old buried water pipe that was leaking. On a recommendation from a friend I called Artoff Plumbing and was told Mike was very busy, but would contact me in about 2 weeks, which he did. Yesterday he came out to make the repair. The Artoff Plumbing crew was hired to do some work on the house in front of me. Without any notice, their crew blocked off my driveway and also turned my water off without any notice. I had to ask multiple times when my water would be turned back on and was told by one guy that he would find out and then let me know. he never showed back up. I then had to go pound on the door while they ignored b=me and once another worker showed up he went in and asked and I was then told it would ne 15-30 minutes. They were also cutting copper plumbing right in my driveway, leaving whatever tiny metal pieces right in line for me to drive over. Its a gravel driveway so there is no way they can find all the pieces they cut.I would never have written a negative review if the crew would have been professional and asked to utilize part of my driveway and then notify me of my water being shut off for hours.The way you treat the neighbors of who you are hired for says a lot about your company. When my water was finally turned back on, they banged on my door extremely loud and yelled through the door that my water was on. In no way have they shown any level of professionalism. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your plumbing needs, especially if you care about your neighbors!

I had hoped I would never have to call a plumber, now I've had Mike at my home twice in two weeks and I'm so happy I know him. The pipe holding the shower head came out of the wall first thing on a Monday morning. He was able to come out same day, replace the pipe AND replace the valve and tub spout at the same time. He had everything on his truck so there was no need to come back. Then a hose bib busted because it froze, same thing, he came out within an hour and we were able to turn the water back on right way. I no longer suffer from an unhealthy fear of calling a plumber because I will call Mike at Artoff Plumbing every time. Thanks Mike.Services: Plumbing pipe repair, Shower repair

I had two leaks under the house. They were suppose to come look at it on Friday but came a day early, yeah!! The plumber (Mike) was able to come back the next morning to fix it. He was in and out in about 10 to 15 minutes. Great price as well, very affordable.

We had Artoff scheduled to completely replace plumbing in a home that we are renovating. Meanwhile, one of our rentals broke a kitchen drain line under the house in the crawl space. I called Artoff. For $108 cash, DJ came out and inspected to confirm that yes, the drain line was broken but he'd have to schedule a full day for it's repair with 2 journey men at $105 per man hour. He gave a "bid" of $2,000 to fix it. I asked why 2 journey men when a helper would suffice. I called Mike to ask why such a steep bid to fix a drain line that should take maybe 4 hours?!? He told me that they need to be compensated for dirty work. I guess $105 per hour is NOT enough compensation. Mike told me that they only want "clean" work. After much calling around town I finally found a plumber who is willing to do some dirty work, plus lots of future clean work at $85 per hour. Joe from plumbworks fixed the kitchen drain for $600....far less than what Artoff wanted. Thank you Joe!!
