Elite Restoration was timely, professional, responsive, and caring. I had water damage to my bathroom back in early December, and the recommended contractor took my money and ran. I called Elite and they showed up. Justin and his crew worked hard to get my bathroom back after nearly 5 months of being without. They answer the phone when I call, they gave me updates, they wanted to make sure I was getting what I wanted along the way, and I never felt cheated or ripped off. It is so scary to reach out to try and find someone to trust to come into your home, complete the job, an not take advantage. It shouldn't be difficult, and Elite Restoration LLC made it an easy process. I am EXTREMELY thankful and will always be praising there work. You can trust them. We were pleased with the same day response to assess water removal and damage from a leak both in our crawl space and a small area in the flooring. Justin Mehling, their field manager, led the job when they returned a few days later to complete the work. He and his crew were knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant, and helpful in answering our questions. Justin saw the job through by checking on their de-humidifier machines every day until the affected areas were completely dried and the project completed.
