My home needed exterior paint and general repair. This involved the removal and replacement of the exterior siding, the addition of a vapor barrier and some major structural repairs from advanced rot on a foundational level. They made all the repairs requested in the agreed upon time frame. Their crews were friendly and respectful. The construction site was kept reasonably organized and trash was disposed of. Madrigal Builders has been a great find. They replaced my old screw-down metal roof with a new snap-together metal roof. The job was done with great attention to detail. There were many angles to cut and fit, a chimney, skylights, and solar hot water heater to work around. The job was very well done.
