I watched Nailed It Roofing & Construction do my neighbor's roof from start to completion. Seeing the work ethic and the quality of the job is the best recommendation you can have. I talked to Thomas and asked if he would give us an estimate. He was the 5th estimate and the best.Thomas came over and explained what shingles he recommends and what he does as part of the job. We had a particularly difficult roof on the shed as it has a flat side over the greenhouse section. All the builders suggested just shingles and one had just this barrier but Thomas combined the methods to form, not only, the best to keep moisture out but, also, the best looking.Thomas did an excellent job. He is top notch, honest and I feel safe that there will be no problems. He has trouble finding help sometime, like most places, but he gets the job done in just a little over the bang and go companies that have temporary workers and do rush jobs. I definitely recommend Nailed It Roofing and Construction.

My husband and I interviewed 6 different roofers. Thomas was the only contractor that would use a higher grade product for the same estimate. He was very confident and upbeat on what was needed for our roof. He and his brother did our roof in a quality way of four days. He did a very attention to detail job where he replaced several sheets of plywood and replaced caps with all band new caps. They cleaned up after they finished all scraps each and every day. His supplier mistakingly sent him the wrong sky light so he drove by himself to Eugene, Oregon to pick up the right one. When he finished the job, he informed us that his supplier did not charge him for shipping so he was not going to charge us, talk about honesty! Would I hire him again? DUH! I'm very pleased with the work by Thomas and his crew. They did an excellent job on the new roof. They also built a new metal roof structure over the back patio that was fantastic! After all the roofing was done, we needed the inside of our house painted. We had them do that too. They did an excellent job and painted all the inside in 2 days. Thomas is extremely professional, honest, and trustworthy to work with. Our original start date was rained out but as soon as there was a break, he got started. A surprise storm and they stayed late to ensure everything was protected. He had found some rot and estimated the cost which I approved and then he discovered it was less than he thought it would be and dropped almost $700.00 off the cost. That kind of honesty will win repeat business every time. I appreciated also no blaring music or noise beyond the sounds of roofing. Talk about a great job! Thomas did an excellent job on our roof. We were concerned about our skylights perhaps not making in through the roofing process but it all worked out great. Thomas was very honest, didn't try to replace stuff that didn't need replacing and worked very hard every day he was here. We even had a couple of neighbor that asked us about how the job was going and we recommended him for their roofing needs as well. He came in under estimate, which is always wonderful, but even if it had worked out the other way, I would recommend him. Glad at the end of his being here to call him a friend. When I first called Thomas, he personally answered the phone without me having to leave a message. He was able to come out that evening and give me a bid on our leaking roof. We accepted his bid, but he was booked out about 3 months. About 6 weeks into our wait, Thomas called to say he could get started early. He finished our project in a week, way ahead of schedule and on budget. He does superior work with the help of his friends and wife. I am so impressed with this young man and his business practices. Thomas listened carefully to my concerns about mold in our attic and made sure everything was properly treated or replaced to protect our new roof and our health. We could not be happier with our experience. We'll be enjoying our beautiful new roof for many years to come and will recommend Thomas to all our family and friends.

Thomas did a fencing job along our driveway. He was patient in learning what we wanted, did a meticulous and excellent job, and we are still admiring the fence, over a year later!We had Thomas back for fixing some laminate flooring in our kitchen - we were trying to save money by using the flooring in a bedroom to replace the bad pieces in our kitchen, and purchased new flooring for the bedroom. Thomas did both jobs excellently, and we can enjoy our kitchen floor again! (Feb 2020)

Thanks to Thomas and his hard work, we now have two fences up including over the drainage ditch which had let our dogs escape the yard in the past. (Not any more, what a relief!) Every time I go outside I appreciate the excellent job that was completed in good timing with fair pricing.
