Engaged them in May to install new gutters and do some roof repairs. Gutters were installed in June and I was invoiced for that work. I inquired regarding the roof repairs and got this response:"Hi Brian,I just sent the invoice for the gutters. Unfortunately, our metal crew is currently in the middle of a job. When they are finished, we will send Jason out to get an idea of what is needed for the repair.Julie"They did not send their person out. Since then I determined one of my new installed gutters has a leak. I asked about both the leaky gutter and again about the roof repair work. They said their roofing crews were busy but they would send the gutter person the next week. That was weeks ago. This is terrible service. When I called, the person said it's a matter of staffing. I just don't know how this is my issue.Please share your experiences on social media and the web. It really helps guide people in making decisions about who to go to for contracting work. Had I seen more reviews like this, I would have avoided Roseburg Roofing.UPDATE: Received an immediate response after originally posting, apologizing for the lack of communication and that our gutter issue would be resolved next week. Not really impressed. I've seen the work they've done, and it seems of great quality. However, I made an appointment to have them come do an estimate for roofing my house, and they were a no call-no show. We decided to go with another company, as Roseburg Roofing couldn't be bothered to come and make a bid.

Very professional... This is the second time they've roofed our home in just over twenty years. I took three bids this time. They weren't the cheapest, but they weren't the highest either. Big thing is that they showed up when they said they would and did what they said they were going to do, without any surprises. Very easy to work with. Plus they did a nice job cleaning up when they were finished. Would highly recommended them.

I have done business with Roseburg Roofing for the past 20 years and these guys are top notch. I have had nothing but a positive family oriented business that works hard and is true to their word. It's businesses like this that make the community of Roseburg a place where locals can be proud of their local businesses. I am pleased to use Roseburg Roofing for any roofing needs and am more than comfortable giving them referrals to my closest friends and family. In fact they did my grandmothers metal roof for her and every time I saw her after that she would rave about her metal roof and for me to tell mike and Brad hi . Great guys and great company

I tried calling them to check a leak in my pump house and they wouldn't even make a appointment at all. At first they were going to check their schedule and then once they got back to me they told me they weren't going to look at my roof whatsoever. Pretty much I wasn't worth their time. They need to talk to their customers a little more positive and not so negative.

Roseburg gave me a bid of xxxx and charged some what more it was a bigger job than they anticipated ..ok it needed done but there is still a leak so i will rate them later according to how they deal with this leak
