They literally took a section of my roof off and reinstalled it 5 times before they got it right.The chimney penetration had literally 38 screws. That's 38 potential leaks in the future. The owner said everytime he would come do the work personally but never showed until I threatened action with the Contractor Liscence Board. This all took approx. 8 months.In my opinion this company is unprofessional, untimely, and incapable of quality work.I will NEVER Use this company again.Service: Roof repair

We lived out of town and my husband inherited a home in Roseburg. We were desperate to have a leaking roof repaired before winter rains set in because we couldn't travel to Roseburg in winter. We contacted several roofing contractors listed online or in the telephone book and Randy was to only one to call back. He set up an appointment, showed up exactly on time and arranged to install the roof after we left town. It was late in the season and he was very busy, but worked our job in and installed the roof within two weeks. When he finished, the site was perfectly clean of debris (all at a reasonable price). To relieve our minds, he kindly emailed photos of the finished job Thanks again Randy. You saved us from a long winter of worry.
