The on site crew were careful with my landscaping, Christmas lights, and kind to both me and my doberman. They cleaned up after themselves. All the neighbors are impressed with the quality of the work and the final result.

We had to replace our roof this December due to a leak and the age of the roof. We selected Pfeifer Roofing to do the replacement work after talking to several roofing companies. We cannot say enough good things about Pfeifer Roofing's work and customer service from our first phone contact (Debbie) to set up an estimate all the way to the final inspection process. The Estimator, Carlos, was extremely thorough ( the only roofing company representative to go into the attic area to assess the damage) and complete in his presentation of the scope of work to be done. The estimate was comparable to the other bids we received for the job but we went with Pfeifer due to their use of the best materials and the high recommendations from people we knew who had them do their roofs. The crew that performed our work with Luis as Lead were exceptionally hardworking and thorough the entire job answered every question or concern professionally and completely. The clean up every day of the site and their safety practices were exceptional and of the highest professionalism. Antonio, the supervisor went out of his way to make sure that the work and our questions/concerns were completely answered and that we were satisfied with the progress and completion of the roof. Everyone at Pfeifer that we dealt with went to exceptional lengths to make sure that we were comfortable and satisfied with their work. The owners of Pfeifer roofing have an exceptional workforce and we do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs roof repair or replacement.

Excellent customer service with great communication. Icy weather created the need to reschedule our services and they kept us updated every step of the way. The removed some heavy moss build up that had been obscured by an overgrown tree and did a great job. Roof looks fantastic now! Highly recommend!

Firstly, I should say all the employees we worked with were very kind and attentive, but we are still upset about the service provided.We had contacted them because we have a moisture issue in our attic that we have been trying to remedy for 3 years. We had our house reroofed 3 years ago, and the issue has persisted. We have also had that initial roofing company address the issue multiple times and have had our chimney rebuilt from the roofline up to try to address this. We consulted multiple companies, including Pfeifer, and they were under the impression the issue was due to a bad flashing job. We had the flashing redone multiple times prior to this, and I had informed them of this. Nonetheless, they assured us they could resolve the moisture issue and charged us $1,500 to redo the flashing again. We were skeptical this was the issue, and I had contacted the original Pfeifer estimator when it didn't address the issue. He was very kind and apologetic but said they would charge us for the service even though it was completely unneeded and didn't fix anything. I wish they had told us from the start that they were unsure if this would resolve the issue. Instead, they led us to believe they were certain this was the problem they could address. We are feeling very frustrated that we paid them for this service when they clearly didn't know if it was actually the issue.

So happy we went with Pfiefer. Worth every single cent. The communication was great throughout the process. The crews were fantastic. The only downside was playing musical cars and making sure our car was out of the garage before it got blocked in the mornings. We’ve gone the “cheaper” route in the past and paid for it in shoddy work. You get what you pay for and a new roof and gutters are not something to skimp on. We’re very happy with the final results.

Pfeifer Roofing initially cleaned a building up of moss from my roof and did such a good job, including cleaning up after themselves, that I have them return to clean the gutters and keep the moss in check every year. I think they are conscientious, reliable and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

Preifer Roofing just completed a new roof for my home. They did a fantastic job at a very competitive price. I had a great experience with them-- from Carlos the sales rep, to Luis the job sire foreman, to Antonio the Supervisor. Everyone was great to work with. Their follow up communication was outstanding. For example, Luis, the site foreman contacted me every day about what they would be working on any issues they round (like some dry rot) and solutions and even when the crew was headed home. All of the employees I worked with were great. I rank this company as one of the top 3 contracting companies I have ever dealt with !! Thank you Pfiefers !!

They are polite and courteous and let you know ahead of time what will happen and what to expect. They don't show up unexpected and are very neat and clean. They spent 3 days on the job and cleaned up at the end of each day. They took great care not damaging any of the plants/gardens around the house or anything else. We are so impressed with this company. This was our third experience working with Pfeifer (partial roof replacement, rot repair under a tile roof, new gutters and annual maintenance) and although they are a little expensive they are worth the money. Their crews work hard. are responsive to our concerns, always leave everything cleaned up and looking good when they leave. The best part of our last two jobs has been our interaction with the company through their representative Sam Randolph. Sam has been so responsive to our concerns: working with us to be sure the jobs are done to our complete satisfaction, addressing any issues that arise and keeping us in the loop for any changes that might need to be made. Pfeifer installed our roof way back when and has done repairs since. Recently they did some preventive maintenance on our roof. They also installed new gutters along with the Leaf Blaster Pro micro mesh filter. Looks like the filter will work great, though there hasn't been a heavy rain yet. Feels good to know that I'll never again have to get up on the roof and clean our gutters via a backpack blower. Starting with estimator Sam W., the whole experience with the Pfeifer Roofing was just great! The roofing crew foreman Martin and entire team done the great job with extreme professionalism, while being careful and quick, with attention to smallest details, while maintaining the overall project scope precisely on schedule. Coming always on-time (actually ahead of time and getting ready to start work exactly at 7am), and always leaving workplace clean. The gutters crew with foreman Ramiro did the great job with same level of professionalism and attention to details. Ramiro presented much better design for gutters routing then I initially thought, greatly improving our house curb appeal. The experience we have had with Pfeifer has been exceptional in many ways. The ways most important to me, they were Patient, Punctual, Pleasant & Professional.I first contacted Pfeifer in July 2022 requesting an estimate to complete the gutter installation by another company in February 2022. That was put on hold. After further inspections, I contacted Sam and Chord at Pfeifer in August, this time for an estimate to replace the roofing installed on my home in February 2022.It is now October, after Pfeifer has patiently waited for my go-ahead, they have professionally reroofed my home with quality materials and installed working gutters on my home. A severe windstorm tore off a small section of my roofing. Several of my friends have used Pfeifer with satisfactory results so I called them. They were very responsive and arrived the next morning.
