I requested a quote for roof moss removal and was contacted very quickly by Jaffet. I explained to him that I was on a tight budget as I just purchased my home any money was really tight. He gave me some options to work with and gave me a price that was fair. My service person was Trenton, he was very professional, took care of the property, was informative and explained what would be done before & after. Was very pleased and appreciative with the service. The following day I received a phone call from the company asking how things went and if I was satisfied with the job. My house has a steep roof and I felt this company would do the best job cleaning the moss off my roof. Two men came out and worked all day, and got the moss off. They were very polite and hard workers. Sprayed roof with a citrus product, Moss Melt, to kill any small areas of moss that were left. We have a complex roof, many different angles, nine gutter downspouts, several areas where you are working 20 feet above the yard. RR crew installed safety hooks, used the proper harnesses, and worked diligently throughout the day. They cleaned up the moss and dust to our satisfaction- meaning they communicated well with us. I recommend this business.

We were not happy with the First Gentleman sent out on Monday. Did not listen to the communication and just did his own thing and ignored us. He left a huge mess in our yard and the neighbors. Tyler came on Tuesday to finish up and to clean up the mess. Tyler was extremely helpful and did a fantastic job. He is a great employee for your company.

I had Referred Roofing out to my residence to spray my roof for moss removal on May 18th, 2023. During the last part of the rainy winter, my wife and I have occasionally looked up at the roof and thought that it looked like there might be some moss growing, and in the last few months with longer and brighter days available, we have agreed that although not a lot, there is indeed moss on the roof. I have had my roof dusted with moss removal powder for the last 19 years and have never had one issue with moss. This year when Referred Roofing, who I have never worked with before, came out to treat my roof, they used some sort of liquid spray that did not appear to work.I thought, well I just won't use them again, sometimes these things happen.But I got an email from them reminding me about yearly maintenance. I figured since they contacted me, I would call them and advise them to take me off their mailing list because I was not happy with the results of their work.When I called, I spoke to a female who's name I cannot remember. When I told her I wanted to be removed from their mailing list, she asked for my name and found my information, at that point I told her I was not happy and why, she then proceeded to tell me I should have called them because they have a warranty and they stand by their work, I advised her that I didn't know about a warranty, but she didn't expound on it and it obviously is not for up to a year because it hasn't been quite that long since they had been out to my home. She then said that well I wasn't happy because all they did was spray and I told her that's correct because there was no moss on the roof, so that was all that was needed, and I was told last year that by them, that if there was moss when they came out to spray, they would advise me at that point I was not notified of anything because there wasn't anything to notify me about.My biggest issue and main reason for this review is because instead of just saying that she was sorry that I wasn't happy and just removing me from their list, the woman I spoke with gave me an attitude and excuses. The excuse about the warranty is particularly concerning because I have looked at my receipt of payment as well as their website and I can find no information about any warranty of any kind.In light of these issues, I cannot recommend Refered RoofingAlso, Referred Roofing, my screen name is not my name IRL, so please don't try to say that you can't find my name in your records so you haven't done any work for me.

Charlie was great and explained everything he was doing and how he planned to do it. There was confusion about the dryer vent cleaning- Charlie did explain how he cleaned some and why he couldn’t clean the others but initially this was not clear to me when I scheduled the service-I didn’t understand they don’t have the tools or rotary brushes to clean out the vents from the roof nor did I understand that the vents on the siding would not be accessible, as we had these cleaned with another gutter cleaning and roof moss treatment company. I would used Referred Roof again and recommend them -they did a good job with gutters and roof moss, and trimming the tree branches that touch the roof, and removing the fallen debris. Plus the owner will work out trying to accommodate the customer. I just wouldn’t add on dryer vent cleaning until they obtain the tools to access the full vents from the outside.But a good company work with.

In my initial phone call, Jaffit proved extremely knowledgeable about cleaning our roof of moss & how to best keep it from coming back. Our service was just completed yesterday and the man who went up to do the work was on time, pleasant & kept me apprised of the situation. The work was completed in the expected amount of time, and I could hear him going through the various phases I had expected, that I had been told about on the phone. The property was left tidy, with debris blown down off the roof cleared away. We’re very pleased and have entered into a yearly maintenance contract.

Truly appreciate the quality job, professionalism, and personable reliable communication from our Referred Roof crew. We have an older house with multiple stories, a myriad of roof angles and years of moss build up. They gently but effectively made it look darn near like new again. They also did a great job washing the siding which had a buildup of spider webs, moss and who knows what else. We were a little hesitant about having the siding pressure washed since it is original to the old 1900 house - needn’t have been concerned since they carefully explained their standard ‘low pressure’ method and it turned out great. Many thanks to Charley along with Trenton and Justin. Pricing was very fair, being neither the cheapest nor most expensive, but representative of the quality service. Charley cleaned our roof and gutters this week,. He was amazing! We have a very steep, two-story roof. We can't say enough good about how friendly, professional and efficient he is. The first thing he did after introducing himself was to ask if we had any areas of concern or any requests. That's customer service at its best! Then he got to work, addressed our requests perfectly, and finished the project exactly as we had hoped for. He also cleaned everything up super well, something we're always pretty picky about.
