We have used this company multiple times on two different homes. The first home we used total comfort for crawlspace, waterproofing and insulation. The second home we used total comfort to put vinyl siding and waterproofing on an entire house.They were clean, fast, and efficient. Their prices are competitive, and if there’s anything wrong, they take care of it immediately. We will continue to use them until we have a reason not to.Thanks-CS

We have owned a 1970’s era, 1700 square foot, electrically heated, ranch style home since 1994. The home has always been drafty and cold in the winter. Rather than bumping the heat up to where we were comfortable, we opted to wear extra sweaters and added extra blankets on the beds and couches. Not an ideal situation, but better than paying even higher electric bills than what we already were. In the spring 2022 we became aware of the Energy Trust of Oregon’s insulation incentive program. We called Total Comfort Weatherization to get a bid and to see if we qualified for the ETO program and how much of an incentive we would receive. Tim from Total Comfort came out to give us the bid, he was friendly and very knowledgeable. The quote addressed all of the problem areas and was a very reasonable price. What made it even more appealing was that we qualified for $2100 in incentive money, which was almost 75% of the total bill. This was too good of a deal to pass up, so we decided to take advantage of the offer.Total Comfort was very busy because of the number of people who, like us, wanted to get their insulation work done during the promotion. Dee, from Total Comfort was very upfront about the wait time and kept us updated on when we could get our work done. Let me tell you, waiting for Total Comfort to do the work was very worthwhile! The crew that did the work was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly-they showed up on time, did exactly the work that needed to be done, cleaned up when finished and answered all of our questions. The office staff took care of all the paperwork, making this process so easy.We hoped that we could save a little money on our winter energy costs, but we have been blow away by what a difference adding insulation made. For October, November and December our heating bill is down by 30% AND we are comfortable! We don’t have to wear multiple layers in the house or sleep under a pile of blankets!! Saving money upfront, saving money for years to come and being comfortable, was a win, win, win!We highly recommend calling Total Comfort Weatherization. Working with them was a great experience from start to finish!

Total Comfort replaced my siding with new Hardieplank and it is beautiful! It's so nice for a contractor to do more than I expected and to actually be trustworthy. I'll try this again..... Total Comfort did an Outstanding job updating the insulation in my home. From the crawlspace to the attic. Starting with the Estimate and suggestion,s for a Ductless heat pump for the second story of my remodeled house. They did what they promised and finished when they said they would. Very professional! I am Totally Happy with the work they did and Highly recommend Total Comfort to everyone looking to upgrade their insulation in their home!

They replaced the large window in our daughters bedroom that was leaking. I got several bids from other places around town but they were ultimately the easiest to deal with as well as the lowest price. I'm glad I picked them because they are easy to work out scheduling and they did a great job. My family and I would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them in the future.

I recently hired Total Comfort to add venting for the crawl space under my "new to me" 1948 vinyl sided home, along with some other sealing and water protection repairs. During the work, a good amount of dry rot was discovered. Although this is never a happy thing to find, Isaias and the other gentleman working on my home treated me with such kindness.and respect, showing me what was discovered, quickly offering an estimate, and then extending their job another day to replace all damaged wood and complete their work. The professionalism, knowledgeable workmanship, and interity I felt go above and beyond what might normally be expected when working with a contractor, and came at a time I was personally feeling vulnerable. I was put at ease, even in a difficult situation, and Total Comfort has earned my respect for the kind of employees they have performing their work.

Got an estimate from them ended up using them they HD the best price had multiple estimates from a lot of other companies they even did extra work I had them do and it was still under the estimate they did the whole house insulation even the water pipes were done they were very polite and professional took very good care of me and my needs I would recommend them to everyone and definitely use them again
