What a seamless process working with Western Pacific. We didn't know our roof had failed due to a manufacturers defect. Western installed a new roof with better than industry standard shingles in only a day and a half. The cleaned up the mess and left us with a gorgeous roof. The crew that put on the roof is very professional and true craftsman, and did a fantastic install of the new roof. Had these guys out and they went above and beyond! They inspected the entire roof not just the area where I had an issue. They found another separate issue that could of been a lot of money down the road and it was an easy fix now! The inspector Alan was full of knowledge and it really showed. From the original visit to determine a bid to final walk thorough, Josh and his team were treating us like family. Josh was always interested in what we wanted verses what a company wanted to sell.The roofers were obviously experienced and were considerate about working around our living needs/schedules.They arrived when they said they would and they also went above and beyond when hidden dry rot was exposed. Their bid was not the lowest or highest, however we received our money's worth many times over in their care and consideration for our home and property.We would highly recommend Western Pacific Roofing.

I was walking through my hallway during a stormy evening when I felt a drop of water hit my head. Not good. I stepped up into my attic and found that I had not one but several leaks. I called Western Pacific Roofing and told them what was going on. Naturally, I called several other roofing companies for quotes but Steve was the only person who took the time to educate me on what was causing the leaks, how they would fix it and what I could do to maintain my new roof. Their quote was competative but the added value and exceptional customer service sealed the deal. I definitely recommend these guys.

Contacted them for their free quote, our roof leaks in heavy rain. They said they will send their repair guy Andrew out for a free quote / estimate. Andrew contacted us and asked for photos of the damage. I said there was no visible damage it leaks in heavy rain. Said to call a plumber and called me foul names (we have the original emails) he did it again 3x. Horrible service, If you can't do the work yourself, don't send us your crappy help.

First off, I realize people get busy, but that is absolutely no excuse to take a $1100, deposit on March 25th and continue promising they will call me with a scheduled date to perform the work. It is now April 17th and I still haven't seen a roofer. After numerous pleasant, but unhappy phone calls, they just agreed to send a guy out tomorrow morning (Saturday April 18th). If he shows up, and performs the work well, I will upgrade my review...until then this has been a classic case of terrible customer service.UPDATE: The employee showed up as promised and was not only very nice and friendly, he really did a very nice job! The production manager called me in the afternoon that the job was completed to be certain that it met my expectations and apologized again for the scheduling problems. In addition, the OWNER called me and was very polite and professional and sincerely sorry for the issues they had getting my bid, contract and the job completed and assured me that this is not the norm and not how they do business.They really did do an exceptional job on my roof.In short: The gentleman that completed the work (I feel bad that I can't remember his name or I would absolutely mention it) and the owner calling me and owning the mistake, are the two reasons I would use them again. In this day and age, Accountability is rare and something as simple as a call to the home owner to apologize and not try to justify, defend or excuse what happened is enough for me to use them in the future when I replace the entire roof.Respectfully,Adrian Albrich

First, the re-roofing schedule was changed two times; one with notification and one without notification. Since I had to keep my dog outside as she barks, the change was very uncomfortable for me. Moreover, they worked through weekend, and not only I but also my neighbors were disturbed by their noise in early mornings.Second, they forgot to replace gutters. After exchanging some e-mails, the gutters were replaced while we were out of town in weekend without notifying us again. I think this might have caused a security issue.Third, I found so many staples and nails in front of my garage and in my yards after the works. Fortunately, none of them punctured my cars and bikes, but I got tired of picking them up.Fourth, in spite of my some e-mails to them, they forgot to bill the gutter work. After all, they noticed it later and sent another bill. They should have been more careful.Also, their invoice says "Rate us five stars, and we will give you a free Starbacks gift card". I don't think this is commercially fair. They should do what they have to do first to keep their reputation.
