Ramon and Spruce Up NW are absolutely great to work with. Spruce Up did an excellent job on my small bungalow metal roof replacement, and I couldn’t be happier. Ramon is one of those guys I trusted immediately, offering straight up advice, and giving a fair bid I was comfortable with. I pretty much knew immediately I was going to go with Spruce Up, but I did take 3 other bids because I said I would, (and rejected several others from even bidding). They left everything cleaner than when they started, too. Great team. Highly recommended.

Excellent work our roof was done in one day. Which was very helpful for my husband's sleep schedule and job ☺️ thank you. The only downside side, (if needed) is they don't do gutter replacement at this time. But we were their first customers using their finance options, which went awesomely well. Thank you ❤️

Spruce Up Northwest did a fabulous job! The day we agreed to use them Ramon was up on our roof putting up a tarp to keep us in good order with no more leaks until the job was done. The crew were super hard workers and really knocked the job out! Respectful and tidy! We love the finished job.

Absolute excellent service. I have a 3 1/2 year old roof that was installed incorrectly by another local roofing company resulting in 2 big leaks. Spruce Up Northwest came out and corrected the issues. They have also done other work for us on our shop roof and gutter cleaning. Highly recommend them for roofing services.

We are extremely happy with the work Ramon and his crew did for us. We have an octagonal house with varied roof heights and wanted to replace our old composite roof with metal. It looks fantastic! They also wrapped fascia in metal and tucked flashing into places I didn't know flashing could go. I am confident this will be the last roof we buy and it was all for a VERY reasonable price. Having to get a new roof can be very stressful and it’s certainly not cheap, but Spruce Up NW made it as painless and stress free as it could possibly be!Extremely courteous and very attentive, they got my new roof installed in one day. The workmanship and attention to detail is second to none. They had to install new skylights and repair a hole in the roof and still only took one day.Additionally, the price was very competitive (I got 3 different estimates) and I felt good giving my money to a company I can trust. So professional and so nice. Ramon came out to look at our roof after a storm this spring took out a piece of it. He was very nice, knowledgeable and honest. All the qualities you want! After the initial inspection and estimate was provided, a crew came out shortly after to complete the repair. They were very nice and professional as well. I have not received my roof yet. No roof has been completed. Contract signed 3/3/22. Still no work done no contact from you. Mr. Gemez puts me off when I call. So thank you for nothing. Leaking roof still here.Update 👍. Mr. Gemez and Spruce Up installed my roof yesterday (3/13/23). Looks great so nice and clean. So the wait was worth it. They did a fine job cleaning up after themselves too. So I do recommend them I also recommend adding a time line in the contract. I think my order was kind of lost in the shuffle is all. Things happen.

First off let me first say that I am a stickler when it comes to business professionalism and their conduct and responsiveness and this company absolutely exceeded every expectation I could have had.Ramon is a delight and a pleasure to work with he is professional, responsive, upfront very transparent and gives you any kind of option that you might need to get the project done. He was able to complete my roof for a very reasonable price actually lower than a lot of competitors in the area.Ramon's company is locally based in Scappoose Oregon and he uses local folks for his Services. I love and appreciate that he uses folks from the area as well as products from the area like Malarkey Roofing which is manufactured right here in Oregon. His crew was able to do a complete tear off and install of my roof in one day! With only some final touch-ups needed the next day because it simply became too dark for them to see and be safe.I was having a couple days where my brain wasn't obviously working quite right and he was ever so patient with me regarding the quote that he had given me that was VERY clearly written in black and white yet I misread it. I had a myriad of odd questions and never once did Ramon not give me his full attention to answer questions in person, text, phone or email.His crew also did power washing for me as well as gutter services and I could not be more pleased his company truly embodies the quote-unquote spruce up factor and while it's not listed on their services it should be because his company does actual full roof installation. My roof was damaged by wind and rain in February. I was forced into a situation of getting my entire roof replaced. I proceeded to gain as much knowledge as I could in a very short period of time by interviewing 10 roofing contractors. My criteria was based on rating, written referrals, shingle warranty and of course overall pricing. Spruce Up NW was the overwhelming favorite based on this criteria and we contracted with Ramon for the job. He and his crew were friendly, courteous and got the job done in 3 days. I was amazed at how hard this team worked and so happy with the end result. I noticed this company out clearing gutters at my neighbors house, and so I stopped to ask them for a business card. I explained that one of my gutters must be clogged and that water was pouring over the edge in one spot when it rained. The spot in question was two stories high and so I was nervous to get on a ladder to inspect it myself. As soon as he finished next door, Ramon headed over to my gutter to immediately unclog it for me. I tried to pay him and he told me he was just happy to help and wouldn't accept payment! It was so good of him and I was immediately impressed with his genuine kindness that I booked him to come back another time and service the rest of my gutters. He did return and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company! Worth every penny and such good hearted kindness.

I recently got my roof replaced with a metal roof. I wanted a roof that would last me a lot longer than a shingle roof. I expected that probably it would be a little bit louder during the rain, however I was pleasantly surprised that it is not. :-)Spruce up nw was amazing at how quickly they removed and replaced the roof. They worked even in the cold rain to get it done as quickly as possible. They were always pleasant and cleaned up after themselves.They even cleaned my gutters and checked that the internal vents were all connected.
