Excellent work from the crew -They were wonderful and easy to have around the house. We had our old inadequate floor insulation removed and new better insulation installed. BUT we never knew when they would arrive... When I called the office it was quite a run around. I would NOT recommend them if you expect good communication. It just won't happen. I have 5 stars for the work preformed but the communication is zero (0) stars. I would suggest getting several crew member direct phone numbers so if you have a question you can get right to the person you need without the need to call the office.

The only reason I am giving them a bad rating, isn't because their installation was bad, because they did an amazing job, but it was because of their incapability to keep their appointments on the days that they schedule. I had two days on the calendar back to back, one for the attic space and one for the crawl space. They were an hour late on the crawl space date and didn't show up at all for the attic space. I had to keep calling and asking if they were going to show, in which I was told I don't know or probably not. I had taken two days off for these jobs to be finished and ended up taking off 3 full days instead. Even on the date that I was promised the attic space would be done, I had to call and ask why they were not there during the time I was promised. I was told that they crew was in another county and they wouldn't be able to make it. I threw an absolute fit because again I had taken time off of work for this work that I had been promised. At that point I was mad and demanded it be done on the day I was told it would be done. I wrote a letter to the company with all the things that had happened and I still have not received a response. I am not at all happy with the communication service I received, or lack there of. A company needs to hold themselves accountable if they make mistakes and I felt like their problems became mine because of over scheduling. My time is just as important. A real person answered the phone when I called to schedule a visit for a quote (a rarity these days). A person came and gave me a quote within a week. The price was good and the work was done less than two weeks later. The crew was nice and cleaned up well. A good company.

This company is among the best in customer service. There was a mistake made in my insulation job that caused some sheetrock damage. The owner was so wonderful about making sure it was totally repaired. Their customer service was top notch.

They did a major insulation update to my home last year and they did a great job. We removed the attic insulation, replaced it with new insulation. Installed new insulation under the house, installed a new vapor barrier and finally sealed then insulated the hvac ducting. Great job for a lot less that other quotes I received. Thanks guys!

Home Insulation Contractors does a great job, for a fair price, and they work quickly and efficiently for their customers. As a Real Estate Broker I deal with a lot of contractors. I highly recommend this family owned local company.
