We started our process about 2 months ago when we decided we needed to update our master bath to a walking. Shower. I found DaBella and was thrilled they would help us being in a manufactured home. From the first visit to today they were spot on. Communication from the team eas incredible, from how our financing was going, product order time and arrival they kept in touch. When ybe install team was arriving they called 10 min before arrival and stayed to finish in one day. They were great. They ignored our dogs barking and just did amazing. Will use them for our roof next.

I can not expressed how please I am with the service that was provided by Dabella. first of all, I would like to thank personally David and Julian for the level of respect and care that they showed myself and my mother. they were beyond a pleasure to have in my house.I am so grateful for the work that was done. The worker showed up at 7:30 in the morning and I swear they didn’t stop until 4 o’clock, they cleaned and made everything look amazing and took pride in their work, which is not something that happens all the time.I am so glad that we went with this company to have our roof done ..we are so blessed to have such amazing people come to our home and provide such amazing work !!We were treated with care, respect, understanding, and compassion!!

We highly recommend DaBella, Medford starting with Casey, our salesperson that was knowledgeable, professional, personable and informative. He sold us on the windows, and made us glad for our decision. The company stayed in touch, and was great when it came time to schedule installation. Chrisy and Casey (he reached out also during that time) were very helpful in us getting a date for installation. Next, the installers, Henry and James were amazing. They were also very knowledgable and professional. They worked together and were conscientious and impressive in the manner they took to take care of our home during installation. The windows are beautiful and we are pleased with every step of this process and impressed with the quality of our new windows. I can't say enough good things about this company and its product.

Gene Napier was such a great help. I had previous quotes from Renewal by Anderson and it was so expensive I couldn’t imagine being able to replace any of my windows. The process was so easy, options for payment plans and delivery time is shorter than the other company. I couldn’t recommend Gene and DaBella for all of your window needs more!!!

About a month or so ago I got some work done through you guys! I was hesitant just because it was a lot of money! Yes my house needed it but I was unsure if I wanted to spend all that money right then and there! The girl who came out and gave me an estimate made the experience SO MUCH BETTER! (I think her name was Chelsea) sat with me while I asked question after question, worked out a payment plan with me, related to me, and even was willing to come back at a later date to talk with me again! I cannot express how Greatful I am that she was willing to go that extra step! The easy thing would have been to walk away but she was just SO THOUGHTFUL and willing! I got all the work that my house was needing and now it’s a 10/10 house! I strongly recommend DaBella! ASK FOR CHELSEA!

Buyer beware.We had DaBella install our siding in 2021. Communication/scheduling with the main office was a nightmare....The real issue now is that the installation wasn't worth the money we paid for it and now we can't get in touch with anyone at the White City office to ask about recourse. Installers broke siding planks and patched with something that's now fading, so there are white spots all over our grey siding. Left big gaps that they filled in with piles of silicone. Main customer service is giving us the run around.Edit to respond to DaBella's reply:Our contract was in my partner's name (so you won't find it with my info). We contacted DaBella customer service prior to writing the review above and spoke to CSR Vanessa, who was happy to provide the James Hardie warranty to us. The James Hardie warranty does not cover shoddy installation of their product. We were unable to get any confirmation that the installers (who were not DaBella employees - they were contracted by DaBella) were trained on James Hardie siding installation. So far, we've been unable to speak to anyone at DaBella who is concerned that the siding installation looks pretty bad just 2 years later, and we've been unable to make contact with anyone at the local office. We had one of the gals come out and talk to us about scheduling a quote for our windows. A few days later a guy showed up. He took measurements, and showed us the pictures he took. He was very nice and professional, this is no hate on that salesman since he has a job to do but rather a hate on the company. If I knew I had to go through the entire history of the company, from start up to why they have this rating or that rating I would have never scheduled the consult. Of course, I know the gentleman had a job to do and I respected that. But it took FOREVER. The old school approach of sales is outdated. Nobody has time to sit for 2 hours to go over how a company got their name and bla bla bla. Fast track it to a quote and the options. It would help save time for the salesperson and the customers. We decided we would take a different approach after the quote was well out of our price range. I explained that at the very first follow up phone call, but I'm continuing to get 2-3 phone calls in a day, and I explain everytime we are no longer interested and to please take me off the list, but it keeps happening. I don't want to be mean towards the people on the other line because I understand they have a job to do but the constant phone calls are getting out of hand. Good businesses don't have to prove their honesty and integrity through a huge speel, and I would be more inclined to use their services if the business approach wasn't to harass their customers.

Chelsea has been an absolute marvel for clarity of project completion timelines and has always made herself available to help with any questions needing answers. Without her concern for satisfaction with the product and its costs I most likely would not have started the projects that were done.

We got our roof from DaBella after the amazing Charisse Calise inspected our old roof and found it was in bad shape. She helped us figure out financing and now we have a new roof. The install was fast and efficient. We are very pleased with the outcome. Thanks again Charisse!

I contracted with DaBella to replace my bathtub with a walk-in shower in December 2022. It took a very long time from contract to completion for numerous reasons. The main one was that they were short-handed with contractors, and it took some time to get one on board. This was understandable. Unfortunately, the representative mis-stated what kind of shower door we wanted. Therefore, it took some time to get the correct door. Once it was delivered it was dropped and broken, so they had to locate a new one. So, we were without that bathroom for quite some time. These delays were handled by the DaBella representatives graciously and they worked hard to solve them quickly. They were very easy to work with and made concessions in the price due to our delay. However, the biggest problem we had was the way the original representative measured the width of the shower. It is narrow. And this wasn't something that was noticed until the project was complete, and doors were installed. When I asked if it could be widened, they told me they would have to take the whole thing down and start over. They would have done that under the warrantee. Again, my contacts were willing to do it, but we would have to be added to their wait list and they didn't know when it could be done. Unfortunately, I said "never mind. I can use the shower " I regret that decision. I love the fact I switched from a tub to the walk-in shower, and I love the shower (other than the width). When I stretch my arms to wash my hair, I bump the walls. Of course it is now way beyond the warrantee. Therefore, nothing can be done. My complaint is more with myself than anything. What should be a joyful addition to our home is something that I always think, "I wish I would have done this differently". All and all, the company did work with me, and I don't regret getting the shower.

Charisse Calise was our sales rep and we absolutely loved her! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She happily answered any questions we had, did an awesome demonstration and showed us the amazing quality of their products. It was so nice talking to someone who was not pressuring us into buying anything but informing us of all of our options for new windows in our home. We are very excited to get our new windows installed and highly recommend Dabella, especially Charisse!!! 10/10 best sales rep!

After discovering how bad my 35+ year roof actually was, I called on DaBella (who had previously installed 19 new windows in my home just 3 years ago). DaBella representatives Charisse Celise and Brian Catchings met with me within 2 days of my request and the ball was rolling. Both of them made the decision easy, with their clear explanations of DaBella's innovative installation methods and products (I hadn't heard about "peak ventilation"). My roof was installed quickly and very professionally. The contractor performing the work was friendly and took the time to answer all my questions as the work progressed. He was on top of the job and his workers at all times during the installation. I now have the best looking (and leak-free) roof in the neighborhood. Thank you!
