When I required the installation of a new garage door, I was aware of the appropriate contact. The Tri County personnel, from sales to service, demonstrated expertise and courtesy. Previously, I had my old door serviced by them, and they performed an excellent repair. They are, without a doubt, a reputable organization. I will continue to use their services in the future if necessary.

My door had been rickety and sketchy since I got this house 2 years ago until it stopped working properly.Within minutes, he identified the problems and got onto fixing them. The door is great now! Smooth, quiet, and easier to move!Definitely worth it! Highly recommend!

We needed a new garage door after 14 years - both a mechanical issue and cosmetic. They came and temporarily fixed our garage door issue until the garage door came in. Once installed it looked very nice! They did have to come out and follow up with one issue but they were here right away and fixed it quickly.

Great service. We had a 16 x 14 garage door that had a broken spring and wouldn't close. They came out same day, fixed the door and also fixed several other doors and adjusted everything like new before they left. Very reasonable price. Will definitely use again for any garage door issues.

Have an older metal garage door that has been backed into a couple times. Recent incident left my car in the garage with the door closed, unable to operate electrically or manually. Found Tri County Garage Doors on line, emailed them on Saturday afternoon. Monday morning received phone call, shortly repairman arrived and efficiently fixed the door. I was very pleased with this company and highly recommend them, each person I spoke with was kind, polite and price very reasonable!

I purchased garage doors from Tri County and they installed them. The installation was pretty poorly done. No calk on the outside trim. These are "quite doors" insulated, top of the line... but they make a lot of noise. Tri-county came once to adjust but really didn't fix it. The doors seem to have gotten worse and now just grind when they open. I called. I procrastinated...of course. It's been about a year since the installation. They were quick to tell me that they were going to charge me a rate to come look and fix. I'm honest. They have always been noisy and never really worked correctly. I wouldn't recommend them. They should come fix my doors, probably only take em a few minutes.
