Hands down a great company to work with. From my sales rep, Joel, to the installers (headed up by Shawn), great folks. They're a smaller business, and that means you know everyone on the job. They also have their own installers as full-time employees, which is fantastic. Everyone was from the local area and we were able to discuss the job clearly and everyone understood what needed to be done.The project was to install a Drexel standing seam metal roof on my new construction home. Eby submitted a competitive bid which won the job and then really shined when it came time to install and follow-up. After a minor issue, Joel was quick to work with me through it, and although we didn't need 'plan b', he was great leaning into the concern and working with me.Overall, I am very satisfied with Eby and happily recommended them to my neighbors. I'm a farm and hope to have them out again for work on my old barn roof. Thanks Eby!

Got sidings/ basement leak fixed from them. Free estimate. Call back for appointment and the actual job done for far less than other estimates. Local business gets a thumbs up for keeping it real. Definitely recommended.

I recently had a rep come to my home to give me an estimate for my patio door replacement. His card said Matt and he was supposed to give me an idea of what to expect. First, he was looking around my home and giving me looks as if I was living beyond my means. No one knows what that feels like until you experience it. He kept shaking his head and chuckling at my questions, as if I was a silly child. Then when I ask for an estimate, he tells me that it'll be at LEAST 10k for the LABOR alone. For a PATIO DOOR. He knew that when he said that amount, it was more than I had expected, and he seemed happy with that. He then said that the door would be an additional 8-10k, but said that he would send me an estimate in two weeks. That was over a month ago. If you don't want my business, that's fine, but don't sell me broccoli and tell me it's greens! Was that a real, valid estimation that he gave me? Who knows, but his actions let me know that he didn't want to be in my house, and that's fine with me. Hopefully, I can find a contractor who just wants to do the work and not judge who is asking for it.

If I could give a 15 star review, I would!! 5 stars isn't enough. From Phil the President to his wonderful staff. AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME!!!!! My wife and I love supporting small business. Eby Exteriors is top notch and they will always get our business. We just had new shutters put on our home and we couldn't be happier!!! Shawn and Mike who did the installation were wonderful, Professional, very knowledgeable and just did a fantastic job!!! Eby Exteriors is 15 star, and we are just 100% satisfied and in the future, they will always get our business, GREAT company!!!!

Wonderful first experience with Eby Exteriors. They were able to come assess our roof issue quickly and had it fixed within 2 days. They gave an honest and reasonable estimate. They were so friendly, answered all of our questions and you couldn't even tell they were here after they were finished.

I would highly recommend Eby Exteriors for any exterior home maintenance job. We experienced a roof leak and Eby Exteriors quickly came to our house and assessed the leak. They were very knowledgeable and skilled and were able to fix the problem on the spot. They also fixed and cleaned our gutters. The customer service and price were excellent. I would definately call Eby Exteriors again for any exterior job!

the staff was extremely careful with our house through the entire project, treating it as if it was their own. Our new windows are beautiful and a huge upgrade. Eby was professional and responsive through the entire project. We will confidently use them again in the future

Had a small flashing problem on my roof. Called them and within 24 hrs it was fixed. Prompt response. Friendly staff on the phone and upon arrival for service. I will definitely use them again. He inspected my entire roof while he was up there and fixed a few other minor issues. Much Appreciated.

I called EBY Exteriors to get an estimate Roofing replacement back in July they responded they were a bit busy but would get back to me they never did. I called again 2 weeks ago this is now November and still have not received a call for any response.

I called with an abnormal request for help, to remove vines from the side/back of my mom's house, and the time frame I requested was SHORT.
