We contacted Builders and Management Plus after we discovered a leak in our family room ceiling. I reached out over their website and Scott contacted me that evening. He came out and inspected the roof and gave us a quote for a whole new roof. Chad contacted me shortly after to schedule our roof installation. They worked hard and finished the job in one day. Any questions we had were responded to immediately and we are very happy with the quality. We had a skylight replaced and it looks beautiful. We decided to have them replace our shutters and some trim work and look forward to having that done soon. The work crew completed the job efficiently, correctly, and it looks good too. They were impressive with how hard and how well they work together. Only small downside was our washpole was knocked crooked and I was left to discover on my own. I had my roof redone in March of 2021. I noticed that the roof was leaking. I met with Scott and he checked the roof to see if I could have the insurance cover anything unfortunately I was just wearing tear. He explained everything to me help me pick out the shingles and answered any questions that I had and I had a alot. When Chad came to put the roof on I was pleasantly surprised. Chad and his team went above and beyond there was not one single left on the ground, they were completely clean, and they covered everything to make sure nothing got damaged they even went and got new sunlights for my roof last minute and installed them that day. In June I had solar panels installed needless to say it was a bad idea my roof started leaking this Winter. I was not sure if it was because of the new roof or because of the solar panels. I called Chad and he came out the next day to check my roof his guys cleared off all the ice and and informed me that it was because of the solar panels. I'm still trying to get the solar company to fix the damage that was done however Chad was amazing. I told him that I would try to see could use his compny to fix the roof for me but he recommended that because of code regulations and liability reasons that I have the solar company fix the roof. I'm very impressed with his honesty, knowledge of code regulations, his response time and his polite demeanor. I was very happy to work with him and would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a roof.

They walk you through every step to make sure you get a fair settlement from the insurance carrier and a quality installation with a strong warranty. I met Scott searching for a handyman to do some small repairs to my carpot roof. But to my surprise I found a well knowledgeable professional contractor that showed me the advantages of redoing the roof instead of the small patching that I thought was needed. (According to my small budget) Lol. At the same time I learned the increase in value that my house was getting (besides that will look good) at the time to sell the property. The repairs were done properly and with good and durable materials. Scott and Chad are very professional and knowledgeable and their crew were very polite, good workers and respected my property. They put the customer first and went beyond what was needed to take care of the job. First rate customer service: specifications and estimates were accurate, with no surprises. Workmanship is first rate, as are materials used. In our case, thicker gauge aluminum flashing with a rolled edge for strength was used with extra fasteners to control effects of wind on the house and roof. Thoughtful craftsmanship. This was my review from Homeadvisor. (how I initially contacted them) "Needed to replace my roof. Shingles were looking bad and skylights were leaking. Chad came out and understood everything I wanted to have done. His estimate for the job was the lowest I received. This included framing a new pitched section of the roof, removal of 4 skylights and destruction of two unused chimneys. Chad explained everything that was being done. He even added work that wasn t needed to ensure my roof looked the best. Fixing and improving on structural issues. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and will use him again for future projects!!!!" That project was from this past summer. I included this so anyone can see on homeadvisor this is an actual review posted.This was the review I posted on BBB: "And I did use them again. I have a 60+ year old house. Half wood siding, Half brick with a small amount of vinyl. The wood looked extremely dated and the vinyl was coming off. I contacted Builders and Management. Chad once again came out and listened to what I wanted done. Their price was again less then what I have gotten from several other companies. His crew came just before Christmas and started work. His people did an amazing job. They even came on Christmas Day and were here all day to complete it! I didn't ask them too, they just did it, because the crew and Chad wanted to finish the job. No other company I know would place their customers first. The house looks amazing. completely different. I've been getting compliments from my neighbors all the time.
