In my profession, I deal with, work with and interact with lots of different contractors for all sorts of projects. In my experience, both professionally and personally, Eltz Home Improvements is a class act. If I want to trust the price to be fair, and the work to be done correctly and done well, Eltz is the contractor for the job. I have found that when it comes to contractors, you always get the best outcome if you go with the ones that are honest, hard-working and care about their output. Rest assured that you have that when you hire Eltz Home Improvements. My most recent personal project was a carport roof in which the structural support in many places had been rotted by weather and eaten by carpenter ants. I knew the project was going to be a beast and I worried if I could even afford to fix it. Eltz Home Improvements surprised me again with an affordable quote and ultimately, a job well done. I called Shawn as I called two other contractors who came in with inflated prices. Shawn was quick to give me his bottom price and blew the competition out the water. Since my prior roofer did a terrible job I researched what good material and quality work was. ELTZ did everything textbook and cleaned up everything in one day. They fixed where plywood was destroyed and sealed around the chimney perfectly. Don’t even shop around if you’re reading this he’s the guy and company for you!!Service: Roof installation

Shawn put windows in my house. Gave me the best price for excellent workmanship. Honest, reliable and fair... those are all the qualities I look for and I found them with Eltz. Would highly recommend.Since this review, Shawn has put a new roof on my house, and put new soffit on my front porch. All done with amazing pricing and quick but quality workmanship. In fact, he even came out on a Saturday when he was supposed to go out to eat that night with his wife just to make sure it got done and that I was a happy customer. CANNOT recommend this guy enough!!!

When they cant even remember how they ripped you off, they need 1 star. I love how they see they have bad reviews over 2 years later, then try to act as if they are responding to a current review. 2 years laters I am sure you have no records of the service.
