We initially got Green Eco Solutions’ name from a recommendation, along with several others. Green Eco Solutions was the first to actually schedule an appointment to come out and see us. At the time of the meeting we set up windows, roof, gutters, and siding with Nate. He was very accommodating and nice. Roof and windows were installed very quickly. Due to the pandemic, because we picked out a premium color for siding, there were manufacturer delays. But it did eventually get done and it is beautiful! We are extremely thankful to Morgan, Jim, Dorothy, Yvette, Mike, Josh, Tom, Jared and Joe. I also want to thank The Siding Installing Team and the Roofers. When we found out that Green Eco Solutions is now offering Storm Doors we decided to get a quote for two Storm Doors. Nate came back out to show us the product and explained that they are made locally. We opted to get our front and back storm doors replaced. We are thrilled with them! Great customer service! The team was on time and the general contractor was great at explaining the routine. They did a good job it was a two day process and it was fairly quick. I love the new roof. They came back out to review and visit to make sure everything was completed. With so many options of different roofing companies, and options for shingles. We are happy with how our Enfinity Roofing has been this winter. This Company policy was to dismiss me before even discussing business?Apparently as a owner of multiple properties, I am not worthy of discussing business. Once I said I need a roof on my rental property, I was told they have no interest. I was told that since I found them through HomeAdvisor/ Angi and it is a rental home, then I am a low end person with no funds. The person contacting me spent her time dismissing me as a potential customer, supporting the company policy all while she was explaining they will not do insurance work, and are already over booked for sliding. Never introduced herself my name or firm when calling me and actually was quite rude implying I was going to shop for the cheapest thing possible and "I was not their type of customer." When in fact I was shopping for a metal replacement roof on my investment property. Last time I checked that would put my project over $10k towards the $15K or more. I'm so happy to hear that their firm is so over worked in these times they can pick and choose their clients.I will agree with one thing told to me during this call. To the scheduler who took the time to call me today at 10am on 10/15/21, dismiss me and assure me that I will have many other firms calling me for my business, You are correct! I will take my $10-20,000 in cash, already set aside for this project, to one of your competitors. I work 50+ hours a week out of state and I took the time to write this review. I hope this makes a few people take a moment to really make sure these are the people you want behind your project for one the biggest investment one will probably ever have. Good Luck
