I suffered some major roof damage from a thunderstorm causing water to leak into the home through the walls. During this time I tried getting a couple of roofers to get me an estimate so I can get my roof replaced ASAP as the inside of my home would continue to be affected. In The Light Roofing was the only team that set a date and stuck to it and sent me an estimate by the next morning. Adam over at In The Light had phenomenal communication and Bryson and his team were able to complete the job a few weeks later all while giving me a temporary fix so leaks won’t occur in the meantime. Will definitely be using In The Light for any roofing needs in the valley moving forward. As a landlord, this was important to me to keep my home healthy and tenants happy. Absolutely recommend these guys any time.

We can’t express enough of the high level of service performed by In The Light Roofing! Had some other contractors come out and pretty much tell us they couldn’t do the work. Steve was the amazing and felt we were being taken care of during the entire process even after a hiccups after the old shingles had been taken off already with an issue not would not have been able to be seen before that. overall was very pleased with the finish product and the roof looks amazing and no more leaks!!! Would highly recommend the whole team.

In The Light Roofing company is a stand up company. They were honest, had competitive pricing and there were no surprises! Additionally they were fast with the estimate and got the job doen quickly. They had modern up to date applications for you to see the issues on the roof while it's being done. They cleaned up nicely and overall were very professional. Zully at the office and Juan the sale representative were straight forward and I would highly recommend them. I knew this was a company to be trusted when the owner came on the job site and bought food and water and to check up on the staff! I highly recommend this Roofing company!

I’ve worked with In The Light twice. They’ve done a small repair on my mother’s house, and now a full roof replacement on my own house. Both times they were fast and very professional. We liked that we were able to see progress photos in the customer portal throughout the day, and the crew did a great job leaving no trace behind when they finished.John in particular was extremely dedicated to making sure we were happy with the final product. He has followed up with me several times to make sure the repair at my mom’s house held up well, and walked through all of the progress photos on our roof replacement. Great customer service and very knowledgeable, as well.

Best in class performance from start to finish!Initial contact via web site portal yielded a prompt response and a quickly scheduled site survey. Steve spent nearly two hours establishing project scope, providing an overview of the company and product options, and conducting a thorough hands-on inspection of our roof, inside and out. A multi-tiered proposal documented survey findings, project execution scope, and materials basis; follow-on questions and scope revisions were addressed quickly. Definitely a highly educational quote process allowing informed decision-making.Bryson and the site team arrived promptly at 7:00 AM on installation day, starting with a walk down to confirm scope, identify owner concerns, and outline plans for the day. By 10:00 AM the old roof was stripped, shingles were being delivered to the roof peak, and installation was underway. Every step of the expertly choreographed process was documented with photos which were posted to a customer web page.By 4:00 PM the 7–8-person crew was wrapping up finishing touches, including what had to be three circuits around the house and foundation plantings to pick-up debris and stray nails. (Note: It has been two weeks, and we haven’t yet encountered a nail!) The next day Steve made one more visit to close the loop and to confirm execution per plan and customer satisfaction.Our only regret? Our next roofing project is 300 miles away and we’re searching for a company with the same DNA!

About eight years ago, we had a leak in our roof causing interior damage in our home. Two “roofers” mis-diagnosed the cause and charged us for unnecessary work. Then we met Bryson of In the Light Roofing. He accurately pinpointed the problem and did the minor roof repair. We were thrilled and the issue was resolved. A few months ago, another issue came up and so we called In the Light Roofing again. Jonathan came out, took a bunch of photos and a video of our roof, and explained why our now 30+yo roof needed replacing. He gave us a thorough estimate with two options. We hired them to do the work and their team was out to do the job timely, efficiently and thoroughly. We now have a beautiful new roof and can enjoy all the rainstorms worry-free. After noticing multiple leaks forming in my my 23+ year old roof and have numerous companies come and give estimates on work no one was more a pleasure then In the light roofing. Having never been in the situation of needing a new roof before until now the process was extremely easy due to the hassle free and straight forward employees involved. From getting an inspection and estimate to the crew who installed/ cleaned up the outside of my home. They take great pride and integrity in the work they do fixing issues that other companies may have skipped over. Their price was very fair for the quality of work they provide as i had two companies give quotes lower and higher then In The Light Roofing. Overall very impressed and will tell friends and family to use them in the future.

I had a "drip" for years which, eventually, turned into Niagara Falls. I desperately needed immediate help. In The Light Roofing took care of it quickly and efficiently! They also took care of me, as I am a special needs customer, and I told them about my condition. The workers were knowledgeable and FAST, and the price was extremely reasonable, way under what I was expecting; they even helped me with financing! Yesterday, day #1 since the repair was completed, we had torrential rain. The roof is 100% perfect! I give this company my highest recommendations (and I am fussy)! Oh, and I foretold them about my 3 large, friendly dogs, and they were kind and compassionate towards them, also!

After speaking with Jen in the office, who was very helpful and professional, I had an estimate appointment scheduled.Bryson arrived on time for the appointment and listened to what I was looking to have done. Upon further inspection, he noticed something on the main roof that the previous contractor did not do correctly. He took the time to explain what he saw and how the job, including correcting the previous contactors work, would go. Later that night when I opened the estimate, I was very impressed with how in-depth and detailed it was.Finally, after going through a few more estimates my wife and I made the decision to use In The Light Roofing. Bryson was nice enough to meet with us again and address some additional questions we had about the job and review the estimate once again. Upon completion of that meeting, we had a signed contract and work was scheduled to start within the next few days.Bryson and his team, Angel and Jose, took detailed care in prepping the work area and completed the job in one day. I had 2 jobs with In The Light Roofing. They responded to estimates to replace my roof on a townhouse I rent and to fix a leak related to a vent pipe on my home. Both jobs were completed timely and with exceptional quality. Before and after pictures were taken and they spent time reviewing the completed job. Prices were reasonable and they know roofs. The job was challenging due to the roof configuration but the crew handled it like pros. The communication was frequent and thoughtful. The crew just completed the replacement of the roof of our home in Bethlehem (they may have to the same for our vacation home in the Poconos soon). Get specifics on work that needs done. What they say, make sure it is clearly written. Unless you're a roofer you have to read their minds. Communication process next to impossible afer deposit made. If work isn't finished in the day no one let's you know their not done and if and when they will be back. Salesman can be argumentative if you ask questions. Small job , expensive headaches. Dont use them
