Back in January the flue liner of my chimney had collapsed. Tried dealing with my insurance company first but 3 months later the insurance had denied claim and sent letter stating they would no longer renew my insurance. A friend of mine who is a realtor highly recommended lehigh valley chimney . I called and they’ve been extremely helpful with everything. Even working on a timeline as my homeowners insurance would terminate in just a few days. Alex (I hope I have his name right) the tech that came over was extremely helpful and polite. I have nothing but good things to say.

Even though it’s been years since our original repair, we reached out to them when our chimney started leaking again. They came out and assessed the previous work that was done and agreed it wasn’t done correctly. They redid the crown work and did not charge us. I am very pleased with their service.

Do not use this company they will send you people who don’t really know what they’re doing. They told me that it would be a one day job then turned into a 2 1/2 day job so I had to call out of work 4 times because the first time they rescheduled me. please do your self a favor and not use this company if you want all your work to be done in a timely manner, efficient and safe!!!!!!!!

Do yourself a favor and do not hire these people. Seems like the guy had no idea what he was doing and went back and forth to his truck like 15 times, slamming his van doors every time. Even my neighbors noticed the slamming of the doors, making my home business eveyone else's business. Very unprofessional and should not be hired for work.

An hour before they show up to clean our chimney, after already waiting 2 of the 3 hour window time frame, Lehigh Valley Chimney Specialists, call not to say they are on their way, but they need to reschedule. They stated that their guys got behind and wouldn't be able to make the appointment. Well, I'm sorry, but you don't wait until an hour before my appointment window time is up to tell me that you can't make it. What a waste of my time. POOR business!!! If I could give 1/2 a star of no star, I would.

I don't usually write reviews however I am not sure how to proceed. LVCS came to my house earlier this week. They cleaned the chimney and then game an estimate for thousands of dollars for work they said was needed. At the time of the appointment I asked if we could use the fireplace prior to this work and was told that I would have an answer that day. I also asked if I could find out additional information beyond the estimate regarding the work. Since then I have called multiple times. Each time I call I am told that they will call me back with an answer and then they don't. I waited many weeks for the appointment and I am unable to reach them. I am writing here hoping they will get in touch.

If I can give zero stars to this company I would. I paid over $5000 to have a wall and chimney fixed to stop leaks. They came out charge me $5000 and none of the leaks were fixed. Do not use this company! Terrible communication and service. They will just put a little bit of mortar on your wall and charge you $5000 and say its all fixed. When its not fixed and still leaking. Do not use this company!
