Worst service ever. My mom contracted them to do her roof 2yrs ago. Mainly the biggest issue was that the ceiling was leaking in her room and she wanted that fixed. It took them over a month to finally come out after they were paid. When they finally came out they had a new employee who quit on the spot. They had to call someone to please come out and do the roof. It was badly done the roof was still leaking never did they come out again after several attempts to call them. Some how the leak stopped but after 2yrs it started leaking severely and we called them again. "Supposedly" someone was coming out to take a look at the roof and they never came out.. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.. NO FOLLOW UP WITH CUSTOMERS.. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE WORK DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE.

Very poor service, called and made an appointment over a week ago. Today they were scheduled for 11am. 12:30 I called because no one showed up, was told they got held up on another job. Ok, understandable, but call and let customer know! 2pm rolls around and no one shows up still, I call to see what happened and their answer was, he was looking for the place and couldn't find it. First off, wouldn't you call the customer for info, secondly, there are big signs posted for the facility. Business isn't that important to them I guess!

They worked with me to get my from shingles replaced from the manufacture but now will not honor the labor warranty.They stopped responding. Now I cannot reach them.Services: Roof repair, Roof installation
