Hello pinnacleAbout early January or mid January I decided to make a phone call to see about getting solar panels installed on my home. Doing this phone call I was asking to buy my ZIP Code and some other information and they referred a company to me by the name of pinnacle.I was highly shocked when they arrived on time, and the guy was very nice and respectful my time in my home he came in and basically gave me an overview of what the systems that they offer and allow me to decide which ones I thought was interesting after which I had my wife join us and my wife and this young man had a long conversation about why and what could be benefited from this processAfter this process The next step was getting financing again. This gentleman was very professional went overall options, and I have picking up options that we felt met with us. We signed our contract when we were well. On our way.About two weeks after that, someone showed up, came to the home to do an inspection and make sure that the plan that he had driven up with Work which I was highly impressed. He did the next step was to get permit get the approval status and order the solar panels to be installed on a home.February 12, Bernard showed up to solar project him, and two of his other age could not have been more professional Bernard, even though he knew I knew it he went over every step in detail with me to let me know what was gonna happen, and what I needed to do to get the process moving along and speedy Within one week not only what the following panels installed properly but they were up and running and my light bill is now reflecting the differenceThe one thing I like about this process is that I am burning clean energy. I still will be getting some electricity from PPL Allentown 90% of our usage will come from the home. This is the goal that I’ve set for myself and with the basis of what they installed it on I see it could be attainable but even if I save $200 a month on my light bill I’m far ahead.Would like to Tell you that the professionalism of the entire staff was second and none they’ve done a great job and I cannot without a doubt see myself recommending this process to anyone who would like to have solar panels installed on their homeMarcellus and Ernestine Green Bethlehem PA

They made the process of getting the new roof and solar installed on our house easy for us. Everyone communicated with us regularly. And any issues I had were addressed promptly and professionally. Noticed Installed my gutter guards completely wrong... And nailed them to the roof instead of using the clips that hold them to the gutters. This was not good.

Everybody from speaking with the salesperson Chayton,who was very knowledgeable and answered all questions to the installation crew of Nico and his crew.started when they arrived and had the job completed in 2 days. The pinnacle team was great. We were looking to add Solar to our new house. The team walked us thru the process including completing all work on our behalf including working with utility company that pushed back on our solar plans. The few times I called someone always answered or called back within 24hrs. In my opinion this is a great company to do best with. I including a few pictures of the project. The main goal I tasked pinnacle with is supplying enough power but you cannot see a single solar panel from the front of house. That goal was achieved. Thank you very much. Great company.

Roof installation was quick and professional. The crew was professional, and they cleaned all around the house. The dumpster was delivered and picked up in a timely manner. The roof color is nice thank you for a timely job solar panels look amazing and after today’s all solar panels were ready to use. They are operational and right now let’s have some sustainable energy.

Do not share your information with them. I’ve asked them to take me off their robo list calls for over 2 years now and still they call me on different numbers 3-5x a day soliciting for solar panels. Don’t let them get a hold of your phone number. They also go by “everything local” .I’ve told them for years now to get me off their list and alas I still get these calls.

Pinnacle and interiors install my system before Christmas. The solo installers did a great job with the installation. Pinnacle was very responsive and addressing any issues I may have had this is my third solar insulation and I’m very pleased.

I had my house fitted with solar panels and a generator from this company, and they did a good job. BUT... for the last 2 years since my install, I have been getting solicitations from PINNACLE EXTERIORS at least a couple times per month; they want to sell me solar panels. As if this wasn't stupid enough, I tell them every single time that they already sold me solar panels and I ask them to make a note of it. I've received SO MANY CALLS. It's just so stupid. They were really pushy with trying to get me to refer them and post signs back when I purchased, which was already a turnoff, but now I can't get rid of them! Working with them is like feeding a stray cat - prepare for them to bother your neighbors and follow you forever.

My experience with Pinnacle Exteriors has been outstanding from beginning to the end. I originally reached out to see if I was even a viable candidate for solar power. The salesman came to my house and reviewed my options. He was not high-pressuring and very professional. Since signing my contract everything was very transparent as I was constantly updated on the progress with the permit being approved. I did not have to do anything. When installation took place. The crew were all courteous and friendly. Any questions I had were answered in a professional manner. Upon completion, all trashes were removed as if they were never here. There was a follow-up to help set up my app and answer any questions. The support was superb!! I highly recommend Pinnacle Exteriors for their expertise, support and professionalism!

Pinnacle did a fantastic job! The sales professional was courteous and not pushy. The install team did a great job of advising me on what they were going to do before doing it and advising me once complete. They did an great job with daily and end of project cleanup. All workers showed up on time as they said they would. They were all nice and considerate. They explained everything to us as they were going. They were fast, about 5.5 hours from start time turning on the system. And before they left, they helped set up the app on the phone, showed me how to use it. We chose Pinnacle Exteriors to install our solar system and couldn’t be happier. From sales to installation to support you won’t find a better team to guide you through the process and make sure your install is correct. Pinnacle was the third company we asked to give us an estimate. By the time we sat with Chris we knew exactly what we were looking for and exactly what questions we needed to ask. Chris was professional, knowledgeable and designed our system to accommodate our needs. Once we signed the contract they took care of everything. Permits. HOA authorization. Utility interface. The installation took exactly as long as they said it would. We did have an issue with the way one of the arrays was mounted. We spoke with the project manager Bob. He listened to our concerns and told us he would get back to us. The next day another crew was onsite with a plan and made the adjustments. They actually listened to us, took our concerns seriously and made it perfect. What contractor does that?Pinnacle also has a financing plan that makes so much sense. Not only a great rate but flexibility to apply our tax credit and re-amortize the loan. Our system will pay for itself!Every step of the way Pinnacle helped us overcome every issue. We are so excited to have a Pinnacle solar panel system installed on our home. The sales associate M’Kai was so absolutely amazing and taking the time to explain and answer all of our questions. The installation was also completely pain-free and well organized. We find the system looks great at our house and does not detract from the style at all. The app allows us to monitor the system in real time which my husband and son love. They love seeing how many trees we planted today. I would highly recommend pinnacle systems to anyone.

First off, the solar panels look great and all indications are that they are working well.I’m not a review plant but a true customer. I don’t write reviews unless the business or restaurant is truly stellar or absolutely dreadful. This company for me falls in the latter. Great team that I met at the Philly Home Show, good first impression. Unfortunately, downhill from there. The sale person came out and was very aggressive to force a decision- got it sales person. I liked the product though, so we decided to move forward.Long lead time for the materials so it didn’t seem too far off with how the economy and overall supply chain was performing. Received a couple of calls giving status but it eventually went silent. At month 5, I got a text asking where I stood with the project. I wish I would have walked away. I called the office and got that the individual no longer worked for the company. I’ve gotten that line from various office contacts 4 times. Finally had an opportunity to talk to the GM (not highly confident that he was actually the GM but played the part well). He offered some consideration for the project that was over a year from signing paperwork at this point and still not done. A couple months later the panels were finally installed. I will highlight that the panels look good and appear to be working well. Install went pretty smooth. For those that are familiar with construction and permits, the most important part is getting approval from the inspector to close out the permits. Enter circus again… set an appointment to meet with the inspector but showed up late and missed the inspector. Pinnacle Exteriors was an excellent choice for Solar!They were so great to work with and had fantastic customer service. The thing that really sold me was their 30-year warranty, which included both parts and labor, which would not be subcontracted out. None of the other companies could come close to that warranty. They also have an A+ customer satisfaction rating with the Better Business Bureau.Michael who came to my home to give me an estimate for solar, was extremely knowledgeable and happy to answer all of my questions thoroughly. He also educated me about many aspects of solar, including the entire process, including the parts (micro-inverters), the installation and tax credits.The customer service at pinnacle was awesome. Anytime I called with questions whoever answered could either answer my questions or swiftly connect me with the person who could. Rodney, the Service Manger was especially knowledgeable, very helpful, polite and happy to help.Marcus and the installer team were fantastic, they were professional, friendly, and hard working. They knew what they were doing and wasted no time doing it.I am very pleased and happy to have chosen them as my Solar provider!

This business hounds me all the time saying they got an inquiry from us. They did a solar panel install as a sub contractor for another company many years ago at our home. The install is not straight and has had issues over the years. I would not recommend them unless you want your phone to be blown up with solicitations!
