Yamen comes from a place of yes. He can always make things work when you want something done a particular way. I have worked with other contractors that come from a place of no. Then I am disappointed with the outcome.Yamen was very easy to work with and contact during renovation. My renovation went quickly, smoothly, and was better than anticipated. The bill was very reasonable with no extra surprises or charges. I am over 100% satisfied with the outcome and quality of all the work. Primarily doing all the work on his own with the assistance of a helper, the kitchen remodel came out above our expectation and are absolutely in love with it. Yanmen redid my kitchen counters and backsplash and remolded my bathroom. He was wonderful, did an excellent job and very reasonable price. He was so in tuned with detail I told people it’s like he was working on his Moms house. Very honest and trustworthy and I would recommend him him and his helper Sam to everyone

If I could give Yamen more than 5 stars, I totally would!! My husband and I loved Yamen from the first time we met him. He was professional, respectful, communicative, and valued our time. We received two other estimates, and while they were slightly less money, we just didn’t feel the same connection and level of trust as we did with Yamen. So we took a leap of faith and decided that you get what you pay for, and boy were we right!!! All throughout the renovation, Yamen was extremely detail-oriented, hard-working, respectful, responsive, and kept us informed on any and all decisions. He stayed late many days, and even came on a Saturday the first week, to make up for having to start the project a day later than anticipated. It is obvious that he takes pride in the work that he does. He truly lives up to his company name, and he has given us our dream kitchen! If you are considering any type of home renovation, I seriously urge you to call Yamen!

All I can say is if you don’t choose this contractor, it is your loss! Yamen and his assistant, Sam, are truly amazing. If what you are looking for is someone who does your work as if he was working in his own house, then this is the contractor for you. Yamen pays attention to every single detail. He is honest, respectful of your property, and is extremely knowledgeable. He has done my new tile floors, as well as my bathrooms. I will certainly hire him in the future!

Yamen is the best. Hands down. From the time he gave us a quote, he seem to be the most personable, reasonable, and down to earth. I got about 8-10 quotes. Yamen prices was the most realistic for my kitchen size. While he was doing the project he explained everything he was doing. My 3 year old wanted to help him one day and with my permission he had her paint one of the walls with him it was the cutest gesture ever. Yamen is so specific. He pays so much attention to detail. He truly takes pride is his work. If ever I need work done on my home, I’m contacting Yamen. He made my kitchen exactly how I envisioned it. It was a long process but well worth it. I used Quality construction and Renovation to fix a leak that went from my bathroom to my kitchen and left a huge hole. Yamen worked around my schedule and was always at my house at the exact date and time he said he would be. He is very respectful and clean when it comes to your home. Yamen left the house in perfectly clean condition when he was done, you would not know any work was done. his work is exquisite, my ceiling looks brand new, as if nothing was ever damaged. He definitely knows what hes doing and is great at what he does. I will definitely be using Quality construction and Renovation in the future for all my home remodeling and fixes.

We heard about Yamen’s amazing work through a friend of ours. We did end up starting our project several months later than anticipated, but that was due to delays in us securing financing, and then a few weeks delay in our made-to-order cabinets coming in, and no fault of Yamen’s. Yamen was very friendly and patient with us, explaining what needed to be done and giving us advice about what to look for when purchasing some of the materials/appliances. Him and his assistant were very detail oriented and we could tell that he wanted to make sure that everything was done right. It was also very nice having one person handle the plumbing, electrical, renovations, and working directly with the cabinet and countertop supply company. Much less stress for us! Our kitchen turned out absolutely stunning and we will definitely be referring him to many of our friends!

Three months have passed since we moved to the house Yamen has renovated for us and we are very happy with the work. He and his team did a meticulous job and I could tell he treated the work as if it was his own. One time he repainted the wall even before I spotted anything because he found a small imperfection.One thing that sets him aside from others is his willingness to communicate with clients. He always asks: “what do you think? Is this what you wanted?”. I am glad that I picked him to do the project and I will be more than willing to hire him in the future.
