I could not possibly have been more thrilled with Top Cut Construction and my kitchen renovation. I highly recommend! As soon as I met Wayne, I could tell he was experienced and knew exactly what he was doing. He listened to everything I wanted, pointed out a couple issues he’d need to navigate, and figured out how to achieve everything on my want list. His pricing was very fair, he started when he said he was starting, finished when he anticipated, showed up every single day in between. He handled every step of the project, from demo to plumbing, electric, and all of the finishing work. He never once came to me with a problem, and when a couple unexpected issues arose, he always came with a solution- never asked for additional money. His crew was respectful, trustworthy, and they left the jobsite extremely neat every day. He transformed my 1970s kitchen nightmare into the 2022 kitchen of my dreams🤩and even threw in a couple creative surprises. I wouldn’t even waste a minute looking elsewhere for my next project. I highly recommend Wayne Kucinski, owner of Top Cut Construction. He’s a “Jack of all trades” and a master of them all! In the past, Wayne has done numerous jobs for me. He refreshed my kitchen, which included installing a new window, plastering, hanging sheetrock walls, refacing cabinets, building counter tops, affixing a wall backsplash, installing trim, and replacing an exhaust fan. I continue to get compliments on the work that he did. In addition to this, he patched both roofs and coated them with a layer of fibered aluminum. He also waterproofed the stucco on the back of the house. Most recently, Wayne came at a moment’s notice and pumped out my flooded basement. He returned the next day to pump again and to dry the space. Before he left, he installed a new hot water heater. He has a strong work ethic and produces quality work. He’s skilled, honest, trust-worthy and dependable. I have no hesitation in recommending Wayne and Top Cut Construction.

Wayne Kucinski from Top Cut Construction removed my old shower and built a handicapped accessible one for me. He worked with me to make sure my new shower was personalized to meet all my needs. He did an incredibly professional job! My new shower looks awesome and is just perfect for me! He completed the work ahead of schedule. He even cleaned up after himself when he was through! I would recommend him to anyone needing construction work.

Can't say enough about Top Cut Construction. Wayne has been a pleasure to work with. He recently completed a siding project on my personal home. He went the extra step and installed several layers of insulation to make the home super efficient. I have called several contractors in the past and lots of bad experiences. I always make it a point to keep Wayne's number handy for several properties that I own. He always responds to my texts and voicemails and is honest about the time frame to come and complete a job. Wayne always comes prepared with his own tools and cleans any mess prior to leaving. look forward to working with Top Cut construction for all future projects.

We used Wayne and Top Cut Construction to re-do our diningroom. Our plan was to add wanesscotting and Wayne was the best man for the job. Since we are in an older home, Wayne provided us with 3 options, built mini-versions of the look for each option, and we worked together to determine the best method. He was careful to make sure even the smallest of details fit into the architecture of the house. We get compliments on his work all the time. Nice quality work at a reasonable price.

Wayne has been working for me during the last 9 years on several jobs . I own 19 rentals that call for constant maintenance / repairs / renovations . Wayne has done over 40 jobs for me .when I need his services , I just call him and never have to worry about the job getting perfectly done quickly and very neatly . I hired Top Cut Construction after a previous contractor had ripped me off and made a water drainage problem worse. Wayne completed the job in less than 3 days and I haven't had any water come in even after severe rain storms.Wayne is very knowledgeable and his work is very exacting. I highly recommend him.
