Whitaker Roofing & Siding was recommended to us by a neighbor and we’re so glad we used them to replace our roof. Dave was professional, honest and courteous when he came to do the estimate. The workers were also professional and respectful during the install and the cleanup was outstanding. You would have never known that we just had a roof replaced after they left. They were here 2 days and each day they checked for ‘stray’ nails laying around. We are extremely impressed with the workmanship and overall professionalism of not just this company but each and every one of their employees. I don’t write a lot of reviews so when I do it’s because I’m that impressed and feel that a company is worthy of a high recommendation. I would definitely recommend Whitaker Roofing & Siding to anyone in need of their services.Service: Roof installation

If I could give zero stars I would. They are a very unprofessional company. My boss referred me over to this company for a roof repair. I called to get a quote and they were booked two weeks out- that is understandable and I scheduled a time for them to come look at my roof. The day of, an older man came over a couple minutes before the quoted time and looked at our roof. He never knocked on the door or anything-again not a big deal. Looking back on our camera audio we hear him saying to someone on the phone that he wants nothing to do with this job. He really should have waited until he was back in his car to make that phone call. We have not heard back from anyone about our quote. So if they don’t want to do the job they never reach back out to you again. Do not waste your time.

We were in need of replacing the entire roof on our house, garage and patio. They sent 8 or 9 guys and the guys were pleasant and did not blare they’re music, and very professional. They had the job done in a timely manner and the yard was completely cleaned up. They even took a magnet over the grass to make sure they didn’t leave any nails for us to run over with our mower. The roof looks beautiful and I would recommend Whitaker for any roofing job!Service: Roof installation

They didn't actually do any repairs to my roof. I called another company that told me I needed to replace my entire flat roof (at a cost of more than I had at that time). I called Whitaker for a second opinion and Sal came out look at my roof, showed me pic's and told me that my roof was fine. Thanks to Sal's honesty if and when something goes wrong I will be calling Whitaker roofing.Service: Roof inspection

I called them to do my roof back in August they came out, I had to call several times just to get the completed estimate. I did finally get it, In Oct, they said I was on their list and they would call me 24hrs in advance to do my job. I said I can't be available just anytime on your whim. I had to call another roofer, and I got the job done within one month. Still til this day they have never called me to schedule my job. So glad I did not wait on them. Do Not even bother calling them

I called to have my roof looked at and to get an estimate. The company apparently came and never communicated to me (the owner of the house) that they were not going to give me an estimate. I had to call to find out that Whitaker decided to not give me any help for my already leaking roof. I have never seen a company deny money or service. This company is the most unprofessional and the biggest waste of my time personally. I could've had another company give me an estimate in the time Whitaker told me they were coming to give me an estimate. I will not recommend anyone to this service or this company for any reason. They are not good at what they do. They couldn't even knock on my door to tell me they weren't going to give me an estimate.

I've called on Whitakers numerous times over the last 20 years for a multitude of work from roofing, siding, insulation, window replacement and a soffiting roof underlay in my enclosed screen porch. I returned to them project after project knowing they are prompt, professional and use high quality materials. They have provided true peace of mind for a homeowner looking for a dependable contractor!

Company gave a date for job proposal showed up on that date, then sent in signed proposal and never heard back from company, called 3 weeks later to confirm that they did in fact receive the proposal, they confirmed they did, however oddly enough for a repair that would take less than 1 hour they are unable to determine a time to complete the repair, as they are "at the mercy of the weather" they weren't at the mercy to schedule the proposal oddly enough.So in all don't waste your time with a company that does not respect their customers time.

I've used this company 3 times. the first time they were great. the second time it took a few phone calls to get them to come out, but the work was excellent. The third time the work was so so. Not sure what the discrepancy in their work is about.
