We interviewed 3 different companies as we planned the installation of AC in our 114-yr-old home. We’re very pleased with the experience we had with Topline! They had 2 crews show up on time and from the very first words out of their mouths, we were impressed. They were respectful and courteous while they walked through the installation process with us. They accommodated our kitties and were careful to not let them in the basement as instructed. We liked their attention to detail - as evidenced in adjusting the locations of head units as well as aligning the exterior duct work and interior wiring to the breaker box. We were in the house during the installation and except for some minor noise during the impact drilling through the double-layer brick walls, they did not interrupt our day. And, they maintained a clean workspace and vacuumed up dust and picked up all packaging and supplies. Overall, it was a very positive experience at a time when it’s not easy to have that with many contractors. We’d gladly recommend Topline for installing mini-split units in your home or business.

Was not home when he installed system.Got home Sunday morning.Inside of house perfectly clean.outside of house neat an orderly piping.But walked on flowers, they will grow backHowever on the outside of house he did not clean up from all the drilling of the red brick.Including windows 25 feet up.I will have to do it myself

Topline sent a team of three to install the mini splits in my house. Ramon and the team were great. Made sure that they properly installed and they work once installed. They made sure I was familiar with my new purchase and took their time explaining. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure they left my home the way that it was when they came. I just had my system installed and wanted to take the time to share my experience. Josh explained in detail what the install would entail and asked for my input on choices of location of system. Both Techs Josh and Don were very polite and respected my home and cleaned up. They were very professional. After the install we walked through the system locations and the controls were explained. They took the time to explain parts of the install to ensure I was aware of certain decisions that needed to be made. Overall, the price and service were fantastic. Installers were very knowledgeable and efficient. They finished the job quicker than I thought. They tested units and explained how to operate the remotes. However, they forgot to put the screen back in one of my windows and other stuff was not placed back after they moved it. All in all it was a good experience.

I am so impressed with this company. Troy did a great job presenting all involved in the purchase of our new AC unit. Mathew and his team did a fantastic job installing the unit and getting us set back up. They were all so pleasant and professional. Plus before they left he explained how to operate the new thermostat, checked to make sure everything was working properly. They even cleaned up after themselves and even took the old unit and equipment with them. If anyone is looking for someone to sell them an AC unit please contact Topline Heating and Air. Wes and his crew did an excellent job polite courteous I couldn't have been any more pleased also Chelsea did an excellent job of coming to the house and explain how their business works very professional not aggressive but ask probing questions that helped me make my decision at one point we had a three-way conversation with the CEO of the company. It starts at the top he also was very polite and listened to my concerns. They seem to do everything right no matter what they had to do to finish the job

She was super nice, but the issue isn’t resolved. I don’t blame her performance it was more on the installer that put the system in. If I was to rate the installation it would be terrible. I’m a house flipper and this was my first time trying this company, and it will be the last. I shouldn’t have to pay for a company’s mistakes.

Ross and Mark showed up on time & in uniform. They did a walk thru got the lay of land and then got to work! They answered every question I had and then some! I was 100 percent in the best hands with the install. Chelsea the sales girl was extremely personable & was very knowledgeable! Management is also extremely responsive! I had a complete ac/ furnace replacement & I would recommend topline heating & air to anyone!!

I love that you receive an email and can track their progress to your home. They were kind and courteous explaining what they were doing. They were here a solid 8 hours and got the job DONE. That included taking out & taking away our 100 yr old heater and they made sure they cleaned up after themselves. The new heater/ AC works great and the team made sure we know how to use the thermostat. Fantastic experience from the sales Autin West to the install team! Thank you Topline!

We had oil and our boiler was on its last leg. We decided to make the switch to gas. Joey was out first contact with Topline. He was nothing but patient with our million questions and was there for us from start to finish. Ryan, Andrew, and Sheldon were the team who installed and you couldn't have a more professional team on your side. They were polite, quiet, respectful, friendly, and the installation was far above and beyond what we imagined. It literally looks like a copper piece of art. Elenita DiMille was very professional and listened to everything that was going on. She checked over everything before she called in to let her boss know what was going on. Together they went through my file and realized it was indeed not installed the way we had requested and are making it right when they have to replace my one unit. She will be coming back with the crew next week to make sure they understand exactly what is to be going on. Also she told me how to better use my remotes and sent me a you tube video to help me. No one else ever offered this.
