Can’t praise the staff enough. A few years ago, I did business with them, and spoke to a gentleman named Jeff Montgomery. He was probably the most personable employee I’ve ever dealt with. Not only that, but he’s followed up on the company’s service multiple times since, even though it has been YEARS!But that’s why I had to get on here and write this review, because sometimes we must go out of our way to show some appreciation for excellent work, especially now days when it’s so rare to see people go above and beyond. Thank you Jeff, and all of integrity!

Never put in to win their cooler I believe it was, no one ever wins it. They will call you non stop after telling them to opt you out and to take you off their list. It has been almost a year and they call once a month. Their sells lady will scream and swear at you if you're not home and miss them coming. I do not recommend ever dealing with this company. And now they are threatening me with a lawyer for my review. Also I missed one appointment and one appointment only last July so I hope your phone calls are recorded to show your employees bad mouth the way she was swearing at me. I have every single call from last july till now recorded even the one from last week. Ima contact my lawyer as well because they continue to call after I asked to be taking off their list and to opt me out. If you wanna know how they got my number it was because they was gonna vend my festival but after their employee cussed me out I refuse to do any business

I met with one of their sales reps at the York Farm Show last month, I think her name was Crystal? Either way, I was in search of information for replacement windows as I'm considering selling my house in the next few years. She was very knowledgeable and respectful of the fact I was only gathering information and not looking for the project to be done right at this moment. She answered my questions and provided me with information When the time comes, I'll be connecting with them again.

Harassing phone calls nonstop even after their normal business hours will they call and harass to try to sell you something even even whenever you only signed up to win a yeti cooler for a giveaway that they do not actually do a giveaway they do it they gather up phone numbers to call her to try to sell you products do not deal with this company. They are nothing but harassing.

After i stated I was not the person to fill out their card and asked to have my number removed from their list I was still being asked questions. I refuse to give out any info about myself or living arrangements.Edit: He told me the name of the company NOTHING ABOUT WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERED that's how I knew where to leave the review. And according to him he did not have my address, definitely had the wrong name which was why I told him to remove my number, and that I never gave out my info. WAS STILL HARASSED TO ANSWER QUESTIONS After asking for my number to be removed

I just filled out a paper to win free windows they called me not to long after pumpkin fest saying I won we schedule an appointment for them to come out and look at the windows and getting measurements they told me a time they would be their I waited around for like 2 hours afterwards for them to show up they never did I called them they didn’t answer their phone and never returned my call either very disappointing wasted my time I’ve read the reviews I couldn’t find the company’s name so I got ahold of the pumpkinfest tent coordinator and she found the name of the company I would love to change my reviews if they would just make things right edit just did some research and this is a crime false advertisement-Shiane feathers

Harassment! I had them out for a free estimate after winning a contest that I signed up for months ago. I gave them the opportunity to share their products and give me an estimate... I was still on the fence about deciding to use their products until tonight! They called me and told me that I gave them a $2,000 deposit and were waiting for me to get them back out for definitive measurements.  News to you... you do not have my money! I never gave them any checks and once I called them out on that move, I was told that the contract was legally binding and legal charges would be taken against me if I didn't follow through with the sale.... simple harassment! Sorry Cindy that they put you up to that phone call... you deserve so much better than to work for people like that. Nothing like shooting yourself in the foot Integrity Windows.

Integrity has contacted me twice to schedule an appointment for a free estimate for windows. It was twice that they had called after the appointment time to cancel. The first time was “due to me not answering my phone to confirm the meeting time”, which was supposed to be 20 minutes earlier than the phone call. The second time was due to “unexpected issues with the service representative “. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this company. They will not answer if you call and do not show up!

Like another person who posted, I received a phone call saying I had won a prize - free installation from a contest I had entered years ago. I didn't even remember. However, the phone call was all downhill after that. The lady then asked me for my husband's name if he was on the deed. I asked her for clarification: I would need to purchase the door or windows to be installed, right? Yes, she said, so I asked what are the products you sell? She told me windows, front doors, patio sliding doors, etc. I told her I might be interested in a front door. She asked what kind, but didn't seem really interested in telling me what I wanted to know. She went right back to the windows. Though I told her we were satisfied with the windows and they were fairly new, she insisted on telling me all about your windows. I again told her I was not interested in that, but she insisted on telling me more, asking what we did if it was very cold, etc. Then she said they had to give me my prize in person and my husband HAD to be there too. I told her that was not possible, but she then suggested a day and time! I felt harassed and by that time, even afraid, that she had so much information about me. I would not deal with this company even if they offered me a free door as well as installation. Their gifts are not free - they come with a steep price: harassment and unease. I suggest you don't enter any raffle from them if you value your peace of mind.

This company is completely dishonest! They lied to get into my home. I told the woman that called I was only interested in one window (repaired). I told the same to the man who called to schedule the appointment. When the rep showed up before he unloaded his car I told him the same. Their rep showed up 40 min late and after 1-1/2 of my time told me there was a 3 minimum window purchase. Then I got a call from the woman a week later harassing me that her rep drove 60 miles for the appointment.

Had a good experience till they installed the door. The door itself is a solid door and good quality this is why I gave 3 stars. If I could rate them separate off the door I’d give them a 1 star. They missed multiple apps during this process. The finish details of my door were terrible so when called to ask to have the items fixed took about a week and a half just to get on their schedule. Then the Monday they where gonna show up on their 3 hour window they give which is ridiculous in my opinion they never showed up never called and haven’t called me back. We’re close to all but 3 weeks later and still no call I had to call them and it’s just excuse after excuse and still haven’t got a date for them to possible come fix their installers terrible finish work. Just hope they show up this time when I get on the schedule.

My wife and I received a call telling us we won a prize at a local home show. I was a little skeptical at first, because I never win anything. But I went with my gut and had them come out to my house. Their representative was very professional and show us that we had black mold growing heavily, which surprised us, because my wife cleans the windows every Saturday. We decided to invest and we both love them. So much easier to use, we feel more secure with the deadbolt locks and we look forward to seeing how much we will save on our gas bill this winter.

I signed up for a sweepstake from this company, understanding that they would probably call me and talk about the valuable services they offer. When they called, rather than giving me a salespitch right away, Jenna told me she had an exciting announcement, and then asked me a bunch of questions. She then told me the "exciting announcement," which was that I won a coupon. I then told her I was not interested in the service. She then asked, "Why didn't you tell me that right away?" I asked her "Why didn't you tell me the exciting announcement right away?" And I ended the call. A few minutes later, Jeff called from their office, to tell me Jenna scheduled an on site estimate for the next day at 2:00. I specifically said I was not interested, yet she scheduled for someone to come to my house anyway. I hope they do not act as unprofessional on site as they do over the phone.

I had this Company install windows at my house prior this year, had money to pay them through an outcome with a Workman's Comp Case.This time the salesman assured me I'd be surprised that even with a low credit score that I would be approved. With that said I waited but the Salesman never informed me that my application didn't go through. I had to call the office and was informed I would be getting a letter. What I'm trying to say is treat your customers with the same respect if I could pay or if I can't at this time.

I got the same "$1200 certificate" from three years ago that many other people seemed to receive. They created an appointment the next day and wanted to stop and give us a quote. Called three times throughout the day to verify we owned our home. When I said we get asked who else's name was on the house and insisted they needed all her information as well. I said to the man that he didn't need her information and that she wasn't going to be there he cancelled the appointment and hung up the phone. Very poor company, would not recommend to anyone.
