I do not recommend this company, they do not deliver what they sell wish I could have just had my contract terminated.. Denny should be fired and the salesman need to stop lying to people.. chuck was about the most sincere person I met. Definitely inspect the work yourself, after doing my roof twice they still had pre drilled holes with no screws in them.. support your local roofers.. Now that it is almost January,2024, the weather hasn't been terribly cold but my newly installed skylights are very drafty, feels like we are sitting outside, wasn't like that before the new skylights .I'm worried the skylights were not installed properly and I will have damage in the future.. yinz have been the biggest mistake in my homeowner life..

We were in need of a new roof, so we reached out to solarshield metal roofing. Within a few days, they came out to put on a presentation and give us an estimate. We decided that night to go ahead with the installation. In about 6 weeks, they came out to start. We also had a bad chimney, so they were able to sub contract a company to do that before the installation and just add it to the financing for the roof, which was great. The chimney took 3 days and the roof 3 days, and then after about a week, they came back to put the new gutters and leaf guards on. Everything turned out beautiful, and it really added new life to the house. The people from solarshield were friendly and easy to deal with. Wes came out after the job was complete to make sure we were satisfied with everything and to take a look at the completed job, and we get a 40 year warranty on the materials, which is awesome. Overall, we are very happy we chose Solarshield Metal Roofing, and we would definitely consider them for future roofing needs.

This company is run by a bunch of crooks. Didn't even go up a ladder and look at my roof. Just quoted me over $20,000 for a new metal roof on my manufactured home. Read many reviews. Obviously they take advantage of the elderly and the Disabled. Sad situation. I was able to get a new metal roof for $10,000.00 from an honest company.

These guys came here bright and early this morning at around 7am on this cold December day. We are expecting upwards of 18" of snow today.These installers done an absolute fantastic job. They were done at about 11 am. Nothing was missed it was a great job. I will definitely recommend these guys.

The salesman, who sold us the metal roof was very informative and professional in his presentation. The product, price and timeline were conveyed at our initial meeting. The entire process followed the timeline and the installation of the roof was done in an efficient and professional manner. The new gutter and down spout installation, which was part of the deal were also done in a timely and professional manner. The workers were courteous, well trained and did an excellent cleanup job. They were on time, they worked till the job was done. It took then 1 full day to complete. We love our new roof. After a few months went by a gentleman came to our house and was asking us if we were satisfied with the services they provided. Yes my husband and I are very satisfied. Then we told him that there was one problem since they put the new roof on our house the rain runs down between the spouting and drips all over everything. The man that came to the house told us he would come by and put up some flashing to stop that from happening. I don’t remember his name and I don’t have a card for him. But he never stopped back. I am hoping that you will fulfill the job and fix the problem with ours dripping. It is very annoying when people come to your house and get wet walking in . This is a very top notch company with good quality products and great prices.If your looking for a metal roof I highly recommend them. Although, we didn't have one installed by them yet, we plan to sometime next year. We had a quote done by them that beat about the 9 other contractors 7 of whom who never showed back up to give me an estimate , decided they didn't want the job after giving me one, or quoted me so high I thought I was redoing my whole house. Finally as an extra bonus they do financing so that's great bonus too and the people who work there are fantastically great and friendly. I put out many calls and Solarshield was only one to return my call promptly. The estimator that came out Randy, did a good tutorial of the product and was kind. He explained all the options and gave me a price that day. I ended up choosing Solarshield because of the good initial impression and because they could install my roof in November. The other roofing companies couldn't get to me until March. Jonathan did a good job leading up to the install helping me with some questions I had about the financing. The roof is now complete and it looks great. The crew really knew what they were doing. When they finished they cleaned up and walked me around and showed me all the small details, like the flashing they did around my pipes and vents. Great job all around.Service: Roof installation

I got a roof from them. I do not recommend them at all. The gutters are leaking,they said they will send someone out to fix. Will be on their time not the customers availability to be home. At first they told me someone would come when they was in the area. Nice isn't it,when workers are doing work on our property one of us should be home. I also had issue with the white flashing strip does not meet up to the roof,they said they do not do that. When you hire a professional that is what they are to be professional. The workers could clearly see the issue but did not communicate to us this needed done. Had they told us we would have added it into the work needing done. We would have added cost into our loan to fix it. Now they said we would have to pay have no idea if it could be added into the loan we got. Also Chuck said we would have to pay a service fee and pay to have it done by them. Would not have to pay service fee had their employees told us about issue. I have animal's getting into my attic. Chuck said I could hire any local roofer to do it and pay 575.00 it would be cheaper to get someone local,nice aren't they. Also I think having someone else do the work on roof would void our warranty, I think not sure. Does not communicate in anyway professional. They did say they would send someone to fix gutters but I have lost all trust in this company and feel we should be home to monitor and watch the work. We will see.

We had a new metal roof and gutters installed. The shake shingle style we selected looks beautiful and adds a substantial and unique look to the house and has really improved its overall curb appeal. The project only took a couple of days to install and the work was well done. The remote sales meetings were convenient and Randy was great and explained the products and pricing well and made the process easy. The cost was reasonable/competitive and is a great value added to the house as we will not have to replace our roof again and the guarantee is transferable if we sell the house. SolarShield did and excellent job on putting our metal roof on. The guy who came to get the estimate was very informative and made the choice alot easier and cheaper.We chose the offer for free gutter option with our purchase and they looked fantastic with the new Christmas lights. The roof was made with a thicker material and color choice was free vs other companies. The installation was quick and they clean up after they were done.Only issue with the financing was Johnathan. He refused to return calls and answer them when he was in the office. He asked for the deed last minute and took us off the list to get the roof put on delaying when we were told when it was to be done.Referral program is nice touch too. SolarShield also offers you $500 tax rebate that you can file on your taxes. The manager came out 6 months later to see how things were doing and took our issue into consideration.So to answer the dreaded question on rather SolarShield is worth referring. SolarShield is worth it. You won't get any better customer service, prices, materials, labor, or offers better anywhere else.
