We had a leak in our roof, which precipitated our call to Lukas. He was able to get us in quickly because of the leak and we greatly appreciate that. Throughout the process Lukas let us know exactly what to expect and provided a very detailed contract/bid. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Lukas and his Spartan Roofing team were fantastic to work with from start to finish. I had a pretty serious roof leak that damaged the underlying plywood sheathing and support structure. Lukas was quick to respond to my quote request, performed a thorough inspection of the issue, and answered my many questions. He also provided a detailed written quote less than 24 hours later. Lukas was able to fit my relatively small job in between other work to minimize my wait time. He provided frequent communication leading up to the start date. Before starting the work, he and his crew took care to protect the house and windows and contain all debris. Luke threw us a bone when he didn't have too. We bought a new house and the sunroom roof leaked immediately. Roof repairs aren't easy and NOT A SINGLE ROOFING COMPANY IN THE AREA WOULD GET BACK TO US...besides Luke. His crew was on time and did a great job. Just like so many other delinquent businesses around here this one is no different. The owner barely responds and doesn’t show up when he says he will and then doesn’t show up at all and doesn’t bother to tell you that he’s not showing up so instead he just leaves you hanging. When you have a roof that needs repaired you can’t really just sit around and pray that someone is going to show up when they say they will. I found there isn’t a reliable roofer in this area. Not one. And certainly not this one. What a shame. Gotta love a business owner who makes excuses and gets offended by their own lack of professionalism and blames their customers rather than themselves for their poor customer service skills. Great job! Kudos to not being able to handle an accurate bad review. Maybe don’t run a business then…

Lukas and the team did a great job. Mr. Zimmerman is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He did what he said and said what he did and explained everything all along the way. He returned phone calls and texts consistently and in a timely manner, which is rare in my experience, in the construction and contracting space. Also important to me, is that Mr Zimmerman acted like he wanted my business - he didn't snear and sigh and roll his eyes if I had questions which was refreshing.Service: Roof installation
