Got a quote last week. Sales representative was excellent. Great product knowledge. Products offered seemed very good. Prices seemed fair. Before you buy, it’s worth the time to hear and see what they have to offer. I didn’t purchase the windows quoted because turn around time was outside of my timeframe for the job quoted, but I’m most likely going to purchase windows from them on my next build in 2024. The sliding doors are very impressive. Check them out.

Window Perfections is the BEST window company to work with from start to finish! Highly recommend them!!They have a great product and have an absolutely great team to work with! It started with Caleb, he was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We then worked with Bonnie, who did a great job on getting us scheduled in a timely fashion. Lastly the installers, Brian and Kenny, did an awesome job. They wouldn't even come in our home with their shoes on until they had placed drop cloths down everywhere. The installation only took a few hours, but afterward, you wouldn't have even known they were here. They cleaned up so well that there wasn't dust or debris found anywhere (inside or outside)!I'm telling you, Mark has a wonderful staff working for him and a great product. Window Perfections was INCREDIBLE! The value I received was far greater than most window companies provide as Window Perfections went above and beyond in every way. The Okna Windows look fantastic and are every bit the quality I hoped for, but I was even more impressed by the professional work of the installation crew. They are not sub-contractors, but are an expert team employed by Window Perfections. My windows had no frames, so they cut back the aluminum siding and created frames which made the house look so much better. No other window company had even mentioned that as a possibility. They were professional, used quality materials, did expert work, cleaned up as they went, and left the house and windows spotless. It took a day longer than expected, but no charges were added to my bill and they did not rush to get the job completed. I just can't convey how impressed I was with their work AND with the price. The owner, Mark, is honest and doesn’t play pricing games. I felt completely comfortable trusting his company with this job. 100% positive:(1) the products they install are superb. Though I hadn't heard of OKNA windows, they are excellent. They feel very solid, and operate perfectly.(2) the crew was top-shelf. It was a four-person crew, all of whom work full-time for Window Perfections installing windows. Theses guys were easy to have around, were courteous and considerate, and their installation work was excellent. They arrived on time, and cleaned up after themselves indoors and out.(3) the value is unbeatable. To get windows of this quality through one of the name-brand companies would easily have cost us 50% more.(4) the owner Mark Stauffer is on the ball and responsive via phone and text. The windows themselves are very high quality and the people who installed them were so focused and professional. They left everything so neat and clean, you'd never know they had spent the day replacing 11 windows and a picture window. The outside frames are beautiful and really add a lot to the look of the house. Very personable and yet hard working crew. A house full of new windows isn't cheap but we feel like it was a good deal for the money. Highly recommend this company!

We had a great experience working with Window Perfections, who replaced 20 windows in our home. The entire experience was a pleasure: from the informative appointment in our home with Mark, the company owner, to the moment the trio of installers arrived, to the moment they completed the work. Promises were kept, every single step of the way, with careful attention to every detail. The installers were respectful and very careful, and cleaned up beautifully after their work -- which was done efficiently and in a very timely way. Their communication as they worked was always professional, good-humored, considerate of each other and of us, too. The focused care with which they removed and moved our huge old windows out and the huge new windows in, gently moving things a bit out of the way and back as needed, was very impressive. There's a sense you get when folks are working in your home, of whether they enjoy their work and feel proud of their work and the products they install: every step of the way, this was evident. I'm pretty sure that our house was cleaner when they left than when they began: they continually kept work areas spotless, and protected areas carefully. We can already feel how much cozier our home is with these new beautiful, affordable windows. A great company!

After meeting Mark, his knowledge and expertise about windows convinced me this was the right company to use. Mark's crew Brian, Kenny, and Dan replaced fourteen windows in my house and capped the exterior window trim in two days leaving the house in complete order. We had 13 double hung windows installed several weeks ago. A great experience from start to finish.First, the product itself is superior. If you are looking for vinyl replacement windows, The Okna Insul-Tec 500 has nothing but glowing reviews. Window Perfections specialize in this window and it really showed during the installation.Mark was a pleasure to deal with on the sales side. We had a number of different companies in our home to provide estimates, and Mark stood out from the rest as being more knowledgeable and transparent than the rest. He was a big help in guiding us through all the options and made sure we understood all the ins and outs of the window itself, from what to expect during installation to tips on the operation and cleaning of the windows. We also found his price to be right in line with our expectations.The installation team were fantastic. They were extremely professional and friendly, making sure that I was happy with the windows as they were going in. I had three sets of windows where there was a small gap between the new window and my existing interior trim, due to the way the old windows had been put in. They were able to quickly solve the issue and brought it to my attention right away, making sure I was on board with the approach. They also kept everything neat and clean, putting down drop cloths and plastic anywhere they were working. It was a long day for them, but they still made sure to give a final walk through before leaving.It's too soon to tell how the windows will perform in the long run, but based on my experience to this point, I can't imagine being anything but pleased with the results.

Window Perfections replaced our windows in our trailer about 3 years ago and let me start off by saying that Mark Stouffer, the president, was up front and honest from the start. He told us that the cost would be higher than competitors because they only use quality products, he would not settle for any less so we chose quality over money. Our windows have made a huge difference in how well our trailer stays cooled and heated. Window Perfections stands by their lifetime warranty as well because we just recently had a stress crack start in one of our windows and they got it replaced as soon as they could with no questions asked and no charge. The installers were professional and pleasant to talk with as they diligently completed their job and they cleaned up after themselves too. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and hope that you see the professionalism and quality work of Window Perfections!!

I researched windows for 2 years before I chose Window Perfections. We invited every window company available into our homes to present us with a demo. Instead of rushing to any decision, we took our time and did our research. 23 months after our initial demo, I reached out to Mark about moving forward. His product and installation was clearly the best value and the best fit for our project (38 windows in all). It is also worth noting that Mark was the only window rep that did not spend the bulk of his demo bashing the other window companies. He was happy to present technical stats but kept the conversation positive and focused on his product and helping to educate us.Mark was happy to stop back by the house to answer all of my questions and allow me to see the windows again. He was also the ONLY person we spoke with that was open minded enough to hear out our idea to change all the windows from white to black. He sat with me for hours and answered questions and helped me work through the best plan for our 1946 home - considering all its quirks and my emphasis on aesthetics and my husband’s on efficiency.We placed our very complicated order with the comfort that Mark and his team were going to deliver windows that would make our home feel and look like we hoped.The windows arrived and they were even more beautiful than I imagined. The installation crew was absolutely amazing. They were kind, considerate, tidy and always respectful. They seemed to really enjoy their job and took great care paying attention to detail and making sure we were pleased every step of the way. (Even my toddler looked forward to seeing them and watching them work tirelessly.).I have dealt with a lot of contractors and a lot of businesses and I will say, the quality of the product, the customer service, and the work ethic at Window Perfections is unmatched. I did extensive research on windows and found Okna windows to be one of the best, way better than big expensive brands and also more affordable. Replaced all my windows with triple panel glass windows filled with argon gas. Quality of this windows appears way better than those at big box stores. In the middle of the cold winter days I can put my hand on the window glass and not feel any cold and no air coming trough during windy times. Also with Mark there was zero marketing manipulations and overselling, he was straight forward. Its really hard to find this kind of businesses anymore. He know ins and outs of windows, current trends and is true expert in the field.
