We had a wonderful experience with Amazing Decks. Our deck looks beautiful. Andrew was our contact- always responsive to any questions we had. Our Forman was William- very professional. They were able to get our deck done in just a few days. After they were done we decided to add more lights- they came out a few weeks later and added the lights and fixed the small issues we had. Again very professional and a pleasure to work with.

We are very happy with our new deck built by Amazing Decks. Our project started with Andrew, who is the sales and project manager. He created a design based on our preferences and helped us pick out all of the design choices at the company’s showroom. Chung and his team of builders are extremely hard-working and skilled. They showed up on time every day, worked hard and cleaned up the area. We cannot say enough about the professionalism and quality of the workmanship. We also had paving blocks installed at the base of the deck stairs, which Andrew coordinated with a hard scape company. They also did a great job and were very easy to work with. Many neighbors have stopped by and complimented us on how beautiful our deck looks. We found Amazing Decks to have a high-quality product, attention to detail, knowledgeable staff and skilled builders. They also followed up after the project was complete to inspect and correct anything that wasn’t perfect. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Amazing Decks!It was a completely painless process.From the first meeting with Josh, who spent an enormous amount of time helping us make design decisions, to the last construction day with Will and the build crew whose attention to detail was just outstanding.We made design changes before the project got started and that was never a problem. Demolition, supplies, footings, construction, all proceeded as scheduled and the whole project was even started ahead of schedule.Josh has done deck construction with the company so his understanding of the processes involved makes for someone who not only knows the product but can offer insight on options many others could not.And Will and his crew were always willing to explain to me what they were doing and why, whenever I asked. The whole experience was just fantastic. We recently did extensive exterior changes to our home. We originally wanted to just touch up our existing decks. After interviewing several companies we were lost until we called Andrew at Amazing Decks. He was able to fully explain without being in a rush to help us understand the best path forward. Andrew provided drawings and has his own showroom. Every option we spoke about he gave us the pros and cons. Andrew provided also more than a few quotes and finally a perfect design. With installation Amazing does not use any subs. All the labor is from their employees. During the install there was a change and Amazing took care of us. We are very happy and thankful.

My wife and I have been considering a new/re-built deck for years. In October we finally reached out to a few local companies. Andrew came out to discuss our deck design. We felt a comfort level with Andrew and in December we decided to move forward with the deck resurfacing (the substructure was in good shape). They helped design the deck, we made a few adjustments versus the original, choose the material and gave a deposit. The deck was completed in early April. Workmanship was excellent. My wife and I recently decided it was time to replace our old cedar deck with something a bit newer. After receiving a recommendation for Amazing Decks, we made an appointment to have an estimate done and that’s when we first met Andrew Mowery. First thing that impressed me with Andrew is that he was on time. After a lot of Q&A, which Andrew was more than happy to oblige us, we decided to go forth with the project.The planning phase went as painlessly as it could have. The hardest part was picking the decking colors and options ,which, with Andrew‘s help and insight made things easier.Andrew continued to make himself available either by phone or email from start to finish and rather quickly.All materials arrived on time and our crew headed by Mr. Chung was as prompt as could be. She stopped by for a quote and guided us in making good decisions regarding the dimensions and costs associated.A realistic timeline was set, brochure and our choices explained and next steps outlined. This is a full service company that took care of processing the permits, very timely.Come construction day: 3 gentlemen stopped by, respecting covid restrictions, began their work at sharp 7am and ended at 5pm for three days. They did an impeccable job of framing, installation and cleaning the surroundings after the work was done.I have seen other deck builders that some other neighbours contracted within the community and the kind of professionalism and work done by AmazingDecks speaks for itself.There are little things like: number of nails on a trim board, exposed nail heads, number of support brackets, load bearing tests etc, that was all paid attention to while construction happened. Apparently I wasted their time to see if I could have them bend a radius. Amazing decking is the only people in the ambler area that have an ability to bend and shape radius boards, but they wouldn’t do it for me.
