Militello from starting with Tom for overview to the finish work with Scott, this painting contractor is a professional class act. They faced a challenge from faulty previous work and even brought in the company owner as well as a paint store professional to make sure the issue was addressed correctly before estimates were prepared and presented.Their estimate was extremely detailed and leaves a customer with no doubt of the products to be used and the scope of the work. They delivered exactly what they said they would. They guarantee their work for a bit of spelled out time. The work was extremely good as well as extremely neat. Not the least expensive, not the most expensive....I feel just right for this high quality of service. A 5 star rating all across the board.

I contacted Militello to help me out with my Mom's house. I live about a thousand miles away from my mother, who is closing in on 100 years old, still living in the house in which I grew up. She of course refuses to leave. The house , though still in good shape, was showing the signs of age, particularly with all the green growth showing on the siding, and particularly the back patio. I contacted Militello, who were welcoming and cooperative in assisting me in arranging for some house cleaning and power washing to be done. Angelina was absolutely wonderful in helping me get things arranged. The work was done promptly, and done exceedingly well. Angelina was kind enough to send me before and after photos of the work. The patio especially came out great. What was once dark and dingy now looked bright and welcoming.I am so happy I contracted with Militello for the work on my Mom's house. I hired Militello to perform some interior painting for ceilings and a huge wall space on 2 floors and a staircase. In addition, they painted my outdoor shutters as well as some cord around in my kitchen. They did an absolutely outstanding job. The crew was so professional, timely, very clean and eager to do the job right. I could not ask for a better crew! They are very reasonable in their pricing and were also very quick to get me on the schedule. They even use a color specialist to assist in picking out colors - so that is extremely helpful. The crew leader, Izy and the project manager Jim are extremely professional and so easy to work with as well - I just can't thank them enough for all their help and direction/suggestions.If you need painting services, you really need to call Militello Painting and Powerwashing and check out their website as well as they have a host of other services as well as painting interiors and exteriors.

We first used Militello to power wash our stucco chimney with a reasonable price quote. Pleased with their work and professionalism we hired them the following year to paint the back outside basement stucco wall and window trim. Our second time using Militello for washing our house. Getting our estimate and booking the work is very easy. The workers were on time and were very thorough. I have power washed parts of our home myself in the past and the results were not as good as Militello achieves with their soft washing technique.
