I can speak nothing of high regards to Countryside Restoration, and the owner specifically Steve Lucetta. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Steve now for the past couple years, and I can tell you he is a man of honor, integrity, and runs his business with the most ethical behavior. I will continue to recommend his services to family, friends and personal clients of mine, because I know that Steve , his crew will be sure to take care of them, listen to their needs and get the job done properly the first time.

My basement recently flooded due to the recent storms. I called Countryside Emergency Services and they showed up at my house within an hour. They immediately began to remove the water from my basement. Once the water was out they began working on cleaning up and drying out my carpet.they also checked to make sure mold was not present! If it wasn’t for their quick response, damage in my basement would have been worse! Within a few hours my carpeting was completely dry and my basement was restored as good as new. Payment was not required at time of service because they work directly with your insurance company. Completely professional, polite and responsive and thorough. Would recommend! Would highly recommend Countryside Emergency Services, my bathroom flooded to due a leak under the sink. Their quick response prevented the water from going into my other room and prevented more damage. They started to dry my flood and also checked the walls for any mold. They were so thoughtful and took the time to explain everything they were doing and what we had to do next. They worked with my insurance company to remodeled the bathroom in a timely manner. Snow was melting and leaking down through the ceiling near the garage. Steve provided excellent consultation for how to address the indoor air-flow and mitigation to keep out mold. If further construction is needed, Countryside will be first to get the call. Highly recommend Countryside Emergency Services Inc.

Recently had water damage from a roof leak. This is the second time I have used them. Countryside emergency services took the time to ensure both water and mold were mitigated. I had no cleanup after the job was completed. They took care of everything. I would highly recommend to anyone needing emergency services.Thank you countryside for your professionalism.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! He did the mitigation, and once he found out we got the insurance money for the restoration he was very shady about what things cost when i wanted to shop for flooring etc, and basically just wanted the insurance money. We gave him a deposit of $1,000 to start the restoration, his crew completed minimal work an even damaged some trim, and then the owner had a 'family emergency' and told us to outsource what we needed to. We then tried several times to contact him to finish parts we thought he already purchased/ordered and there was no response. Also the amount of work that was completed did not amount to $1,000. So basically he took our money and that was it!! We have a close relationship with our insurance company and advised they NEVER recommend Country Restoration!Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

My sister basement flooded due to a sewage pipe back up. It was a emergency They came out the same day . Looked at the damage took pictures and did paperwork . A plumber was even called to unplug the sewage pipe. They were there until about almost midnight. The plumber got the job done. They came back today remove all the carpet from the basement set up humidifiers and air fan to dry up the water they took care of all the wet carpet. They came back everyday until the job got done they said don't worry we will get everything done you don't have to worry about nothing.They work with the home owner insurance my sister called her insurance the same day while they were doing paperwork. I don't believe they get paid directly they go through your house damage flood insurance . I believe the person who left the review probably does not know this. Overall they we're professional and made sure they got the job done and quickly they made sure they came back the next day and the next day to make sure the water was drying up in the basement. I'm not sure why they are 2 bad reviews they came where professional and got the job done the flood could have been a lot worse but they make sure it wasn't. I guess people just like leaving bad reviews and make companies look bad

They prepped for the job, 8 weeks later. No call back, they haven't even called to get paid. I was most disheartened. They gave me the impression that they would have it all said and done quickly. I had to go with another contractor. I was so disappointed that they don't even call to get paid for the work they already did. Seriously?
