Blauch Building Services was excellent to deal with on my bathroom remodel project. My tub shower was 30 years old and needed replacing, along with the light fixture and medicine cabinet. Steve and Kurt did an amazing job and were so friendly. I trusted them in my home all week while I was at work, and they took great care to clean up every day when they left. My bathroom feels like a totally transformed space now and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Thank you Chris, Steve and Kurt!

Blauch Building Services did a down-to-the-studs renovation of our guest bathroom in December 2022. They did a fantastic job. Excellent communication, timely efficient work, a great work product, and they were very clean. The estimate was smooth and quick, with competitive pricing. Chris and Charlie did a great job of keeping us informed throughout the process. The workers were very polite and professional, and cleaned up every day. And they finished the project one day ahead of schedule.We also had a new puppy and a protective adult dog, and they were very understanding and flexible with us needing to walk through the work space to take the puppy out frequently.Charlie and Chris both had great creative ideas throughout as the project developed. Just one example is that, after they removed the ceiling, they realized it could be raised about a foot. This renovation experience has been so seamless I will never use another contractor for any improvements to my house. From the first phone call with Chris I have known the exact plan for the project and the final product has exceeded my expectations. Blauch Building Services has been amazing so far they have done two projects for me. Two years ago they built my mother a gated raised garden so my she would not have to bend over to plant her veggies! Second project 6mo ago they put a new roof on my place.
