I have to say over the past forty years I've purchased, and our kids have purchased, quite a few cars (new and used) from the Glenn Bush Ford family dealership in Apollo, PA. I also have to say that I believe it would be tough to find another dealership that truly cares as much about it's customers and their product/service issues as the Glenn Bush Ford family. I say family dealership as they are in their third generation of operations, and they continue to operate under the unwavering principles of offering good honest deals on quality cars, backed by exceptional service. The dealership is located on Route 56 (First Street) at the top of the hill just east of Apollo, PA, and is wheelchair accessible.

This was my first time at Glenn Bush Ford. I have purchased quite a few cars from several dealerships over the years and have never had a more pleasant experience. We were looking for a new Mustang and found one on their website we liked. Lee in sales was great. Very friendly, helpful, and honest. Dan in finance was great. Informative and understanding. Their service department is absolutely terrible. They have had my car for almost a month and still have no time frame of when I can have my vehicle, and the prices are INSANE. They also broke my seat and wouldn't fix it unless I paid for it. And the work they didn't didn't last.

Started buying from them a few years ago. I tried other dealerships but never got the same great service. Ethan was very helpful and made me feel comfortable about my purchase. They didn't push any extras on me that I didn't want or need. I am making Glenn Bush Ford the only place I buy a vehicle from.

If I could give less than 1 I would. Absolutely no help. We didny even make it to working on my car. There's a recall on my Ford fusion that I got a letter about. The person at the front desk wouldn't help even if I brought it in. He was rude when stating my car didnt qualify for the recall. Took forever to give my keys back. I love to support local but if i ever need work done in the future there is no way I would go back there EVER!!!!!

From sales to service, Glenn Bush Ford in Apollo, PA is the only place for me. They take care of everything in a timely manner, kept me up to date on my repair & if necessary, made arrangements for me to have a loaner. This the ONLY Ford dealership that I recommend.

Wonderful service! Service advisor was very polite and helpful. I needed some paint for hood chips and advisor got it for me the same day! That was awesome. Price was really reasonable too.

Showed up 5 minutes on a Friday before they were about to close! I couldn't find my keys to my F-150 truck. I needed to go to work in the morning. The guys in the parts department understandably weren't thrilled to stay past 5 when they were due to close but stayed until almost 5:30 reprogramming multiple keys for my vehicle! I believe they went above and beyond their call of duty, because they could have easily told me to beat it, we close in 5 minutes come back tomorrow,but didn't! Thank you very much fellas!

BEWARE. Recently moved back to the area and had my f150 serviced at Glenn Bush in Apollo, PA for the first time . Because I'm not always trusting I checked my oil and noted that it was only 1/2 full. I had my car inspected the following wk and they asked if I wanted to top it off. It was down a quart. After already lengthing the the dip stick and making computer changes to deal with the oil consumption issue for the 5.0 really is upsetting after paying nearly 50k for the vehicle. I called to inform them of this concern and they really did not seem to care. Needless to say it will be my last service there.

I previously gave a good review but now am wishing I could give less than one star. Do NOT purchase the extended warranty at purchase like I did .They sold me a warranty that was to cover an additional 3 years and 36k Miles. Well they LIED .there is no additional 36k Miles so I paid all that money for an absolutely worthless warranty. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I bought a car here years ago that was a great experience, but I had my oil changed and tires rotated recently and got my car back with 1 odd ball lug nut. I asked about replacement and they swore I took it there like that. That simply was not true, but I didn’t argue. Very frustrating over something so simple that could’ve been replaced.

Extremely bad experience. They sold a truck to my son, his first vehicle, and it was in in appearance a very good vehicle. It is a 2010 F-150 with 84, 000 miles. Three days later we were checking the fluids and found the oil to be full of filings and totally black. Had to have an oil change within three days after purchase (they had it listed as one of the items the took care of when they took it in on trade). Talked to ( Dave Bond) salesman he did nothing and told no one. Talked to GM, Mike when the seal gave way on the windshield he said he was sorry but nothing could be done. Now the evaporator, on the A/C is gone! Again, GM Mike says he can't do anything and is not willing to help. So, now my son has an additional $2000 bill, plus cost of window re-seal. Also, the nice paint job on the fender wells on both sides of the bed have, in less than 2 months, rusted through. Nice job Glenn Bush. I assume your next sales slogan will be "Caveat Emptor" or Let the buyer beware. Oh, and let us not forget the additional warning words of Mike "That's what you get when you buy a $12, 000 truck" So, I guess you need to only buy new at his dealership. Hopefully, they will stop using Jiffy Lube's practice of charging for services not done for all their other customers. I probably wouldn't be so upset if they tried to help, in ANY way, but they didn't. They wouldn't even try to do it a reduced labor rate or cut their profit on a new part. They are in business to make money. I get that. However they are consciously ripping off a 19 year old kid. Keep it classy, Glenn Bush!!In response to the owner. I have had the truck to Bairel Ford in Zelienople. The only time the Glenn Bush actually offered to help was AFTER I had already changed the oil..... They offered to change the oil I had just changed. Made no sense. I could not afford to go there for an oil change, even if I wanted to, as the dealership is over an hour away.As for the rest, there was no offer of help. Unfortunately, neither he or I can show proof to the contrary, regarding our conversation. Also, my son drove through heavy rain water not flood water and the vehicle has NEVER been abused by my son. The water found in the vehicle was from a leak in the windshield seal (confirmed by Baierl Ford). These are facts made up by the dealership owner/manager out of fear of the true being known. The items I have indicated were documented by both my insurace company and Baierl Ford. I did ask that he would purchase it back, yes, but as an act of good faith on his part. You can forget that! Upon reflection, I still believe that people should deal with a different dealership. I know it's hard to find other dealerships without having to travel a good distance. Good luck.Update: Rockers are now falling off, EGR valve needs replaced and bed is falling apart. Only put on less than 4,000 miles and has been extremely well maintained by my son. The dealership knew what they were selling.Final update: Things were so bad we finally had to get rid of it. Thanks Glenn Bush Ford. We took a blood bath on the trade but he's now in a good vehicle at a more reputable dealership. Final thought... all my life I had heard how good this dealership was before and after the sale, it may have been at one point but not anymore.

Didnt find them Friendly. And if you dont have a Ford factory warranty they wont work under any other warranty so then left to pay cash. So expect to pay cash or have a Ford factory warranty only if you want work done.

Let the buyer beware! We bought a Honda Ridge Line truck there. The day after we drove it off the lot, we discovered the CD player was not working. Called the dealership, and they couldn't/wouldn't help us. Just this week we were stopped by a state policeman for the tinting on the driver's side window and received a $147 fine. Glenn Bush sold us a truck with illegal tinting and did not even inform us this was the case. Hey Glenn Bush: It's called CUSTOMER SERVICE and HONESTY. You lost our future business. Unless you want to risk buying an illegal vehicle, don't go there.
