The installation technicians were on time and finished in less than 80 minutes. They had an issue with fitting the new awnings to the old hardware installation which they quickly rectified. They were polite and they left a clean driveway. The awnings look fantastic and it’s obvious that they are made with high quality materials. The technicians advised us on general care and told us that if we ever need anything to just call. Nice to know that they stand behind their product. I highly recommend Venango Awning.

The bad winds disconnected the bottom of my awning and heavy pipe and sent it onto my roof and gutter. I called Venango on Monday and by 8:00 am on Tuesday they were there fixing my awning. I can’t believe there wasn’t more damage. The 2 techs were pleasant, explained everything they were doing to secure the awning, quick and easy to understand. I can’t thank them enough for the quick response and can’t recommend them enough. I will definitely use them in the future!!

Greatly pleased that the reinstall occurred 1 day prior to the rescheduled date of install. (Presuming due to the weather forecast) However, a bird feeder was suspended from a rope wrapping bar and not removed by the installers and 'tied in' during the install. Had to cut the installed rope and re-secure with a zip tie.

Our new awning looks fantastic! We went from canvas that came from another company and was on the house when we bought it. The new awning is aluminum.The install guys did such a great job and were totally awesome. It was complete in about two hours. It was such a relief that it was complete before the snow hit!Carrie was a pleasure to work with throughout the process in keeping me updated and honestly just being an ear to listen. Install looks fine, but there was debris on the underside of the awning that was not there in the fall before the take-down. Very good communication from company pre-install.

We have been able to use them for Fall and Spring service now and they are wonderful. They have been so easy to work with, very accommodating and their communication is great! The Team they have for install and take down are so efficient and always nice. We love working with this company!

Good experience with Venango. Our awning got damaged due to a bad storm. Venango came out, gave reasonable quote, took a month due scheduling on their end. But in the end final result was worth it

maybe third time will be a charm! first try the awning was not prepared properly, and they had to remove it and put our old awning back- some weeks (!) later they removed the old awning and tried again with the new one- DID NOT fit again! it remains to be seen how we are treated after their third attempt to satisfy us!

A mixture of white cords, black cords, white plastic ties were used. I think the colors should be consistent. Also, the ropes on the side drops were not even. I had to adjust so that the sides pulled up level.

One of the upstairs awnings that Venango put up this week is visibly crooked. This will cause a puddle of rainwater to collect on top of it, as I have learned from experience. This at a cost of $185, which is almost twice what I paid two years ago, when I was still able to use a company other than Venango. Two stars because they did show up when they said they would.

The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because of the person that did the original estimate. He didn't listen to what I wanted. And was insisting the job needed to be done his way. It was Joe. Other than that, it was fine.

We had a great experience with Venango Awning for an awning recover this spring. They were very professional and efficient, and we are extremely pleased with how it came out! Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an awning in the greater Pittsburgh area.

They measured or made the wrong size for my outdoor blind. When I spoke with Owner, he did NOT apologize for his company's mistake nor would he refund me my money (I was told that cost was for the material). I was told they would "add" material on to make it the right size. I voiced my concerned that I didn't want to see a seam. It was installed today and a brand new shade was made. Glad for that, however he would NOT refund me for the one that was made incorrectly, but would eat the cost of a brand new one Hmmm??? I went on with the order because I did not want to be out of a $385 deposit. The only people who were great were the Installers. I will never do business with this owner again, nor would I recommend him to anyone!!!! Very poor customer service.
