When I called for a roof replacement I was called back in less than an hour. They gave me a great price and had the work done in one day. 6 months later I had a leak they came out 3 days later and it was nothing to do with the work that they had done but they still fixed it for me and didn't charge me at all.

This is my 2nd time using Fleck Construction and they did not disappoint. I have a small project (Shed) that I'm building, that required roofing. Even though it was a small job, Mike was out the next day to take a look and provided an estimate the following day 11/30/23. Initally, I was told it would be a couple of weeks before they could get to it. To my surprise I received a call they would be installing the roof on 12/5/23. By noon the job was complete and everything cleaned. Very happy!

A++ for awesome and amazing! I'm super happy and impressed! Fleck's installed a new roof for me few years ago which was a wonderful professional experience and was priced fairly. I should have written this review when that job was completed. But after a recent severe rain and wind storm I had a small inside leak so I called them and wow I couldn't have dreamt of a better response. Within 2 hours they contacted me back and within 24 hours the crew was here and fixed it! Courteous, quick and very caring company to work with. As a long time local real estate agent I have seen too many roofing issues with clients that are unhappy and frustrated with trying to reach their roofers. I would say DEFINITELY consider Fleck's for your roofing and exterior needs it will be a positive experience.

the best !!! Thay came out took a look and from the beginning I knew they knew what they was talking about. I'm new to the area so when I had a problem I has to Google a roofer . I called about 6 company's but only 2 actually showed up. after talking with Mike I knew I was going with fleck ! Mike and his guys did an awesome job. I hope I never a roofer again lol but if I ever do Mike is the first one I would call !!

Let me say that they are very nice. My roof looks great. My porch is very nice compared to what it used to look like. So i am happy about that. Communication is not their strong suit. I would send text and not receive answers for days or at all. I had to call and let them know that i wa unhappy about them not letting us know what was going on. It was like they pushed us to the side to get other work done. I had to cancel several family functions because they took so long to fix our porch. Again, it looks good, but the time it took was ridiculous. Communication is key. Especially when you are spending thousands of dollars on something. It would be great to know what's going on to be kept in the loop. Fleck definitely did not do that. Recently, we noticed something that needed to be fixed. My husband sent a message to fleck and got no response. I feel that is really irresponsible as a company. What was supposed to be exciting for us seeing this was our first time doing these types of home repairs became a very unhappy time. I don't think it's too much to pick up a phone and call or send a text to let us know what's going on. I would never recommend fleck to anyone because they treated us as an afterthought, and i think we deserved better than that. Also, i have proof of all that i have said in this review. So, owners of fleck i hope you treat the family that is spending thousands and entrusting you with their home better than you treated my family. Because we definitely deserved better. When you hire someone, it is not just about the work being done. The way you communicate with people is also very important.

I recently used Fleck Roofing to replace my slate roof with a shingle roof. They are more responsive than 90% of other roofing companies. They stayed in touch & worked with me on scheduling that I needed. The crew was respectful, efficient, clean & took care of things around the perimeter. I would highly recommend Fleck Roofing and Construction to anyone looking to complete home repairs. They offered an extremely fair price, stuck to it and their quality of work was second to none. They showed up on the day they promised and were professional and courteous from the estimation through final cleanup. I have had many projects completed and know how some can turn into nightmares. As a new homeowner, I learned very quickly to get a roofer to inspect a property before purchase. Fortunately, I found comfort and trust with Fleck Roofing and Construction. My husband called, and Luke answered the call! He was so kind and understanding, and he explained everything to me, and reassured me that I was in good hands as he came out and diagnosed my roof and shared what needed to be repaired immediately and what needed to be done in the future. Luke made an assessment and quoted a price that did not break the bank. Fortunately, it was minor repairs, and I am so appreciative the process was smooth, and hassle-free. Even though this expense was not expected. Luke didn't take advantage of my situation but remained integral unlike some contractors. I was so pleased at the level of trust and professionalism. Luke even grabbed a dirty old water bottle and some debris that was stuck somewhere in a gutter and brought it down for free! lolI will always recommend Fleck Roofing and Construction, because I trust them. I am so grateful! Luke is family now, and there's nothing he can do about it! lol They are THE BEST!

I worked with Jordon for my roof contact with Fleck. He is spot on with getting back to you, getting the estimate and scheduling the work. Fleck roofers did a great job on the roof. We had our garage roof redone with new shingles and gutters. They got there in the morning and were finished by the end of the day. The roof looks amazing and the staff fleck has is great. We had a slate roof taken off and they cleaned up so well there was nothing I mean nothing on the grass or driveway from the slate being taken off. Amazing company, they are on time and reach out to you to schedule or pick out your shingles. I never had to go running after anyone to find out info. It's been a difficult year to try and get company's to come out and take on projects but Fleck was right there. I thank them vey much.The above was when they did my garage last year. This year they did my whole house. My husband and I were totally blown away with the results. Fleck construction came in the morning and they had my whole house, front porch, side porch another side porch done in one day. We had a slate rood and let me tell you the yard had slate everywhere. But let me tell you that crew that worked on my house had everything picked up you couldn't tell there was a slate roof removed. Now that in my book is a class act. The team put all of our patio furniture back and swept up everything in sight. Now let's get to the roof, amazing. My neighbors love it and so do we. This is a first rate company and they get 5 stars across the board for scheduling, keeping in contact, getting the job done and their crew of workers outstanding. I could go on and on. We still haven't heard anything from them and it's 2pm. I have nothing but praise for Fleck Roofing and Mike Jr. We had leaks coming in from the rain storm we had during the summer. I asked Mike if he could have the roof done before I return to work. Mike was so understanding and accommodating. The roof was done before I returned to work and done in one day. Tried contacting this company multiple times, my first call was October 21 and with my last message being left 11/16/20, regarding some flashing that was not sealed when they recently installed the roof. Despite telling me they would have someone call me, I have received no call back and they have not returned my subsequent call. I have called a total of 5 times. Speaking with a human female twice. Despite her tell apologies, I have received no return calls. They seem uninterested in helping me, even though we are neighbors and I was told to call with any problems. It also appears as if the gutters were not cleaned after the job as a full pack of cookies was found in my gutters as well as other debris. Based on my experience with this company it seems they are responsive when it comes to selling a new roof but uninterested in assisting with any issues with their work.
