We are so pleased with our new LuxStone shower! The whole process was very smooth and pleasant, from our initial meeting with John to discuss our options, to the actual installation. John answered our many questions, and was extremely helpful with finalizing our accessory choices. Customer service was great—they were very accommodating when it came to scheduling and followup. Bob and Jason were outstanding installers. They were so respectful of our home, and everything was spotless when they were finished. They consulted with us throughout the project, and made sure everything was to our liking. Their attention to detail was amazing! They definitely went above and beyond to give us a perfect shower. Back in the summer of 2023 my husband and I decided it was time to get rid of the bathtub which I might add was only a few years old and we decided to replace it with a walk in shower. After much research, Home Smart by far was our first choice. From the sales rep that came and explained in detail the products that were to be used to the history of the company and all that they Home Smart stood for we were sold. After signing the contract a week later they were able to get us on their schedule and the work began. The men arrived at 12:30 in the afternoon and job was completed by 5:30 that evening. Prior to the completion that same afternoon we received a follow up call directly from the Company CEO asking if the work was to our satisfaction prior to us paying. Customer Service all around was fantastic. Bathroom beautiful and Home Smart offers a Lifetime Guarantee.

The crew who installed my new shower were friendly and professional. They completed the demolition and installation in a timely manner, as promised. I was delighted to see the final product; but even more delighted when I was able to start using it the next day. I am a "senior" and felt unsafe getting in and out of the bathtub. With my new walk-in shower, I have a niche for my body wash and shampoo, a teak fold-up seat in the event I wish to sit down and scrub my feet, and a full-length safety rail that I can grab if needed. It is a delight to shower now and feel safe as well as satisfied with the classic lines and colors. My bathroom sparkles!!!

We currently waiting months for our material to come in for a shower install. Contractors showed up and cut a hole in our wall and then said oh your material for your shower was damaged. And we don’t have a date for install. It could be 30 days to reorder. So we said we want to cancel and you have to contact home smart industries. We did several times stair to voice mail. No one is willing to get back to us and cancel. And we put a hefty deposit down. Going to share a review at the BBB if not resolved.

Home Smart came out today to install my well deserved new shower. So happy with Oscar’s crew, plus we got to view the eclipse today too. Very nice and professional too. Beautiful shower!

4-5 stars for the quality of the product, which is great, and the professionalism of the installers. 1 star for the pricing, they use the same technique as Closets by Design and Power Windows, where you get the one price good for one year and the other price if you sign that day, which is discounted. Keeps you from getting estimates from somewhere else and is a high pressure sales tactic. They advertise one day installs but tell you that it might take two days. What they don't tell you, even though they promise it, is that the crew will probably be scheduled for somewhere else the next day, so it may take two days over a 3 day period, which is what happened to me. I was expecting a phone call from the manager to tell me of the delay, but never did. He was supposed to talk to me right after the installation was complete, but was having dinner with his boss (if I were his boss, I would have said, take the call!!!!). He did call me the next day, which was inconvenient. Again, great product, great installers, but the sales process is miserable (90+ minutes and I felt like I was in second grade) and the customer service needs to be improved. The overall price, with the discount, is still pretty expensive and the monthly minimum payment from the financing company means that you will probably exceed the interest free period since it is way too low to fully pay off the price of the project in the required timeframe. Just know what you are getting into and you will be fine.

Ivan and his team arrived on time, worked continuously and neatly. Drop cloths were put down and exposed furniture and closets were covered with plastic and secured. There was good communication between us and Ivan and his team. They encouraged us to ask questions. They checked with us to ensure that the shelves, grab bars and folding seat were being placed where we wanted them.They explained how the shower head and hand held system worked and demonstrated. The team was considerate and polite and thorough. They cleaned everything up when finished. We highly recommend HomeSmart and Ivan and his team.

The shower is exactly what I had hoped it would be. The installers were very friendly and very professional. They worked at a good pace and were very neat as they worked. Their work is excellent and they cleaned up everything when they finished. I would have them do work for me any time. I’ve had a lot of home improvements done over the years and this was the best experience I’ve ever had. Thank you!!

The workers who took the old tub out (a lot of work and man power) and put the walk-in tub in were fantastic! They were efficient and considerate of me and my home. It was a big project and they completed it in a day! I am happy with what they did. The salesman did his job and sold me the tub. To anyone reading this, be sure to get info on your own before you have a salesman come and talk to you and ask them questions. This tub takes lots of hot water to fill it , make sure you have a large enough water heater or can get one before buying the tub! I had to get a larger water heater (just got it and installed on 3/14/24 ) and can now use the water and air jets and it’s great! Have had the tub since 1/2/24 and could not use jets till this morning 3/15/24.

They were very nice and did a good job. I love my new walk in shower. I would suggest though that the installation crew should be more careful where they touch with glue on their fingers or make sure it’s all cleaned off before they leave. Otherwise everything was perfect. I would’ve given 5 stars except for that.

Great experience, our old bathtub/shower was falling apart and our new kohler bathtub and shower is amazing! Everything from the order to the installation was a smooth process. Everyone is extremely nice and the product is incredible. Will never use another company as we are very happy. Could not recommend this product enough!!

The installation looks great, and the installers were professional, courteous, and did a great job! Now the bad part...during the sales process we were told we would have a 4 port controller allowing 2 zones of temperature/flow control since we have more than 3 devices. Instead, a 2 port controller was installed which doesn't allow different flow rates for the body sprays and shower head. This causes the flow from the shower head to be inadequate. Definitely not worth the money spent to have a shower that performs worse than our previous shower. Home Smart is looking into this and I will update with their response.

They were clean and thoughtful of my condominium clean condition. Smooth transaction from sale visit to design and installation. The installation crew was skilled enough to adapt the design to my quirky cape cod bathroom. Nelson Peralta and his crew worked diligently for 2 days to transform my old bathroom using all the required construction safety measures such as insulation & moisture barriers. I am very happy with my new Luxstone shower. It is aesthetically pleasing and safer.

Juan and his team were very hard working and efficient. We had a misunderstanding that was corrected. I would recommend them to convert your tub to a shower. We had to call Juan back because the sliding glass door wouldn’t slide easily! The team came right out and fixed it. .We love the shower! Thanks Home Smart! I had Home Smart Industries intall a walk-in tub and new shower stall. I can't say enough about the service I received. The installers, Collin & Dave, were very professional. The quality of their work was evident. Everything looked beautiful. The quality of the tub & shower was top notch. They thoroughly explained the operation of the tub & the appropriate cleaning products to use. They used drop cloths & cleaned up well upon completion. Can't wait to use the tub after the caulking is completely dry. I highly recommend Home Smart and Kohler products.

Team Henry (Henry, Chad and Donald) arrived on time this morning and did a fantastic job of installing our WIB. The team finished the installation nine hours later. One day install with time to spare. Looking forward to the first bath tomorrow!ETA: My wife says that her bath was fantastic, marvelous, great and a few other positive adjectives 🙂 In the beginning, she didn't think that we needed a WIB.
