Overpromised, underdelivered, unresponsive, mediocre workmanship, overall poor value.We received a quick response from Mel to setup a time to meet. We agreed on his quote proposal and he began our project the same day. Started off well but he did only half the promised job. He didn’t return calls. Assured us he’d finish only after my husband tracked him down. Failed to fulfill multiple promises to finish the job and the lack of communication was very unprofessional. Additionally his lack of knowledge had him telling us we needed to order another part for our ceiling fan which we found out was incorrect. We contacted JCJ Property Maintenance based on reviews which unfortunately did not measure up based on our recent experience.Service: General repairs

Mel and his guys were top notch. Mel explains everything thoroughly and they do amazing work. It is very hard to find someone in the Lehigh Valley area that does good work, has good communication, and is very reasonably priced. JCJ Property Maintenance checks all of those boxes. I will definitely be using this company again in the future.

This company responded to a voicemail I left promptly and I told them I needed my window air conditioner removed and disposed of. They sent someone the following day (a Saturday) and it was handled quickly and easily (for me anyway). I appreciate good service and this was good quality service, handled professionally, no mess left behind, which is always a plus with any kind of maintenance. I will definitely think of this company in the future.

Ran into an issue with my furnace & called Mel at 9pm, he answered my call right away & diagnosed my problem over the phone. Came out & had my heat working in less than an hour. I highly recommend his services to anyone that needs work done. Very reasonably priced & gets the job done!Thank you Mel, you’re a life saver!
